This Privacy Policy explains how Adnan Cebe handles information in the Android application "Lumisky: Live Solar Wallpaper" (`com.lumisky.android`).

## 2. What the App Does
Lumisky is a live wallpaper app that synchronizes wallpaper visuals with the local day, night, sun, and moon cycle. The app can use a manually selected city or, if the user grants permission, the device's current location.
## 3. Data Accessed, Used, or Stored
### Location Data
Lumisky may access approximate location (`ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION`) and precise location (`ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION`) only after the user grants Android runtime permission.
Location data is used for app functionality:
- calculating sunrise, sunset, solar noon, moon, and local daylight timing;
- synchronizing the live wallpaper with the user's local day/night cycle;
- showing a city or district label when available;
- keeping the wallpaper aligned when the user chooses current-location behavior.
The app can also be used with a manually selected city instead of current device location.
### Data Sent Off the Device
When online daylight synchronization is used, Lumisky may send latitude, longitude, and time zone information over HTTPS to `https://api.sunrise-sunset.org/json` to retrieve sunrise, sunset, and solar noon data. The app does not attach the user's name, email address, account, contact list, advertising identifier, or payment information to this request.
Android and Google services may also process data as part of their platform features:
- Google Play services location may provide location results after permission is granted.
- Android Geocoder may be used to resolve a location into a city or district label.
- Google Play In-App Review may be used if the user chooses or triggers the Play review flow; Lumisky does not receive the user's review text unless Google Play separately makes it available through Play Console.
- Android backup may back up local app preferences if the user has device backup enabled.
### Local App Data
Lumisky stores app settings locally on the device, including selected wallpaper, theme preferences, performance settings, selected/manual location, last known location data, and cached daylight results. This data is used to restore the selected wallpaper and app behavior.
## 4. Data Sharing
Lumisky does not sell personal or sensitive user data.
Lumisky does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or remote crash analytics SDKs.
Location coordinates and time zone information may be sent to the sunrise-sunset.org API for daylight calculation as described above. Platform services from Android, Google Play services, Google Play, and Android backup may process data according to the user's device settings and Google's applicable policies.
## 5. Data Retention and Deletion
Local settings and cached daylight data remain on the device until the user changes settings, clears app storage, or uninstalls the app. Users can revoke location permission in Android system settings at any time.
Lumisky does not create user accounts. Because there is no Lumisky account, there is no account-deletion flow. For privacy questions or deletion requests related to direct email contact, users may contact adnancebe@hotmail.com.
## 6. Security
Network daylight requests use HTTPS. Local app settings are stored using Android app storage. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but Lumisky limits data use to the app functionality described in this policy.

Lumisky is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
## 8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the app's data practices, permissions, or third-party services change. The "Last Updated" date will be changed when the policy is updated.
