Independent living at Lumen Lane Quarters provides affordable private housing in a thoughtfully designed space that supports comfort, independence, and peace of mind. With trauma-informed design at the core of our homes, residents experience a safe, respectful environment that encourages stability and a fresh start.
What We Offer
We provide private or shared rooms in a fully furnished home with all utilities included—Wi-Fi, water, and electricity. Residents receive laundry access, optional transportation assistance, light case-management referrals, weekly household check-ins, and a safe, quiet environment. We also connect residents to community resources and offer move-in assistance when needed.

• Most recent pay stub (within the last 30 days)
• SSI/SSDI award letter (current year)
• Unemployment benefits statement

• Bank statement (last 30 days) showing recurring income deposits
