1. 요약

이 앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

회원가입이 없고, 로그인이 없고, 이름·이메일·전화번호·주소·생년월일을 묻는 화면이 없습니다. 이용자가 만든 게임 기록은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며, 개발자를 포함한 누구에게도 전송되지 않습니다.

2. 수집하는 개인정보

없습니다.

이 앱은 다음 중 어느 것도 수집·이용·저장·전송하지 않습니다.

  - 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 주소, 생년월일 등 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보

  - 계정 정보, 비밀번호, 인증 정보

  - 위치 정보 (GPS, 네트워크 기반 위치를 포함합니다)

  - 연락처, 통화 기록, 문자 메시지, 사진, 동영상, 음성, 파일

  - 광고 식별자(Advertising ID), 기기 고유 식별자, IP 주소

  - 앱 사용 기록, 이용 통계, 진단 정보, 오류 보고

3. 기기 안에 저장되는 것

앱을 정상적으로 이용하려면 게임 진행 상황을 기억해야 합니다. 그 기록은 이용자의 기기 내부 저장 공간에만 만들어지며 외부로 나가지 않습니다. 저장되는 항목은 다음이 전부입니다.

3.1 게임 진행 저장 파일

  - 저장 위치: 앱 전용 저장 영역(안드로이드 앱 샌드박스) 안의 saves 폴더

  - 담기는 내용: 현재 장(章) 번호, 현재 있는 방의 식별자, 진행 상태 표시값, 획득한 단서·아이템의 식별자 목록, 지나온 대화 기록, 저장한 시각

  - 형식: JSON 텍스트 파일

3.2 설정 파일

  - 저장 위치: 앱 전용 저장 영역 안의 settings.json

  - 담기는 내용: 글자 표시 속도 1개, 음량 설정 3개(UI 효과음·환경음·배경음). 이상 4개가 전부입니다.

3.3 기록 표시값

  - 저장 위치: 안드로이드 앱 기본 설정 저장소(SharedPreferences)

  - 담기는 내용: 게임을 끝까지 진행했는지 여부, 각 엔딩에 도달했는지 여부, 조작 안내를 이미 표시했는지 여부. 전부 「예/아니오」에 해당하는 0 또는 1 값이며 다른 정보는 담기지 않습니다.

위 세 가지 중 어느 것에도 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보는 들어 있지 않습니다. 기기 밖으로 전송되지도 않습니다.

4. 저장된 기록의 삭제

  - 앱을 삭제(제거)하면 위 3항의 기록은 기기에서 모두 사라집니다.

  - 앱을 지우지 않고 기록만 지우려면, 안드로이드 설정 → 애플리케이션 → 루멘 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제를 실행합니다.

  - 현재 게임 안에는 저장 슬롯을 개별 삭제하는 버튼이 없습니다. 같은 슬롯에 다시 저장하면 이전 기록을 덮어씁니다.

  - 개발자는 이용자의 기록을 보관하지 않으므로, 개발자에게 삭제를 요청할 대상 자체가 없습니다.

5. 네트워크 통신과 앱 권한

5.1 통신하지 않습니다

이 앱은 인터넷 연결 없이 처음부터 끝까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 게임 실행 중 서버로 데이터를 보내거나 받는 기능이 없습니다.

5.2 INTERNET 권한은 선언되어 있습니다

이용자가 앱 정보 화면에서 확인할 수 있듯, 이 앱에는 안드로이드 INTERNET 권한이 선언되어 있습니다. 이는 앱을 만든 게임 엔진이 기본으로 포함하는 선언이며, 앱은 이 권한을 사용해 어떠한 통신도 하지 않습니다.

권한이 "선언되어 있다"는 것과 "사용된다"는 것은 다릅니다. 선언은 앱이 그 기능을 쓸 수 있다는 표시일 뿐이고, 실제 사용 여부는 앱의 동작이 정합니다. 이 앱은 사용하지 않습니다.

이 앱이 선언하는 권한은 다음 두 가지가 전부입니다.

6. 광고 · 결제 · 분석 · 제3자 서비스

이 앱에는 다음이 전혀 없습니다.

  - 광고 없음 — 배너, 전면 광고, 보상형 영상 광고가 없습니다. 광고 식별자를 읽지 않습니다.

  - 인앱 결제 없음 — 앱 내에서 구매할 수 있는 항목이 없습니다. 결제 수단을 요구하지 않습니다.

  - 계정·로그인 없음 — 회원가입, 소셜 로그인, 게임 계정 연동이 없습니다.

  - 분석 도구 없음 — 이용 통계·행동 분석·오류 수집 도구를 넣지 않았습니다.

  - 제3자 SDK 없음 — 광고망, 분석, 소셜, 클라우드 저장 등 외부 사업자의 코드를 넣지 않았습니다.

  - 이용자 간 상호작용 없음 — 채팅, 메시지, 친구, 랭킹, 콘텐츠 공유 기능이 없습니다.

따라서 제3자에게 제공하거나 위탁하는 개인정보가 없습니다. 국외로 이전되는 개인정보도 없습니다.

7. 시스템 백업에 관한 안내

안드로이드 운영체제는 이용자의 설정에 따라 앱 데이터를 구글 계정에 백업할 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 안드로이드 운영체제와 이용자 본인의 구글 계정 설정이 관장하며, 개발자는 그 백업에 접근할 수 없습니다.

이 기능을 원하지 않으면 안드로이드 설정 → Google → 백업에서 끌 수 있습니다. 백업이 켜져 있을 경우 3항의 게임 진행 기록이 포함될 수 있습니다.

8. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 동시에 이 앱은 연령과 무관하게 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않으므로, 아동의 개인정보를 수집·이용하는 일 또한 없습니다. 따라서 법정대리인의 동의를 받아야 하는 상황이 발생하지 않습니다.

이 앱의 연령 적합성은 별도의 콘텐츠 등급 표시를 따릅니다.

9. 개인정보의 안전성 확보

이 앱은 개인정보를 수집하거나 서버로 전송하지 않으므로, 전송 중 유출이나 서버 침해로 이용자의 개인정보가 노출될 위험이 존재하지 않습니다.

3항의 기기 내부 기록은 안드로이드가 앱마다 따로 배정하는 앱 전용 내부 저장 영역에 저장됩니다. 안드로이드는 이 영역을 앱 단위로 격리하므로, 개조하지 않은 일반 기기에서는 다른 앱이 이 파일을 읽거나 고칠 수 없습니다. 다만 기기를 물리적으로 확보한 사람이나 기기를 개조(루팅)한 경우까지 막아 주지는 못합니다. 이 앱은 그 경우에도 문제가 되지 않도록, 애초에 3항에 적힌 게임 진행 값 외에는 아무것도 기기에 남기지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이 영역은 함께 지워집니다.

10. 이용자의 권리

이 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 대상이 되는 개인정보가 존재하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 기록은 이용자가 4항의 방법으로 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

12. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 변경된 방침을 이 문서가 게시된 주소에 게시하고, 문서 상단의 시행일을 갱신합니다.

이용자에게 불리하게 변경되는 경우에는 시행일로부터 최소 7일 전에 같은 주소에 변경 사실과 사유를 함께 게시합니다.

앱의 기능이 바뀌어 데이터 처리 방식이 달라지는 경우(예: 광고 도입, 온라인 기능 추가), 그 기능이 포함된 버전을 배포하기 전에 이 방침을 먼저 갱신합니다.

1. Summary

This app does not collect any personal information.

There is no sign-up, no login, and no screen that asks for a name, email address, phone number, postal address, or date of birth. Game records created by the user are stored only on the user's own device and are never transmitted to anyone, including the developer.

2. Personal information collected

None.

This app does not collect, use, store, or transmit any of the following:

  - Names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, or any other identifying information

  - Account credentials, passwords, or authentication data

  - Location data (including GPS and network-based location)

  - Contacts, call logs, SMS messages, photos, videos, audio, or files

  - Advertising ID, device identifiers, or IP addresses

  - Usage history, analytics, diagnostics, or crash reports

3. Data stored on the device

To let the user continue playing, the app must remember progress. These records are created only inside the app's private storage on the user's device and never leave it. The following is the complete list.

3.1 Game save files — Stored in a saves folder inside the app's private storage (Android app sandbox). Contains: the current chapter, the identifier of the current room, progress state values, identifiers of clues and items obtained, the log of text already read, and the time of saving. Stored as JSON text files.

3.2 Settings file — Stored as settings.json inside the app's private storage. Contains one text-speed setting and three volume settings (UI, ambient, background music). These four values are the entire contents.

3.3 Progress markers — Stored in Android's standard app preference store (SharedPreferences). Records whether the game has been completed, whether each ending has been reached, and whether a control hint has already been shown. All of these are 0/1 yes-no values and contain nothing else.

None of the above contains information that identifies the user, and none of it is transmitted off the device.

4. Deleting stored data

  - Uninstalling the app removes all records described in section 3 from the device.

  - To clear the data without uninstalling: Android Settings → Apps → LUMEN → Storage → Clear data.

  - The game currently has no in-app button to delete an individual save slot. Saving to the same slot overwrites the previous record.

  - The developer does not hold any user records, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer.

5. Network access and app permissions

5.1 The app does not communicate over a network. It can be played from beginning to end without an internet connection. It contains no feature that sends data to or receives data from a server.

5.2 The INTERNET permission is declared. As the user can see on the app info screen, this app declares the Android INTERNET permission. This declaration is included by default by the game engine used to build the app, and the app does not use it for any communication.

Declaring a permission and using it are different things. A declaration only indicates that an app *may* use a capability; whether it is actually used is determined by the app's behavior. This app does not use it.

The app declares exactly two permissions:

  · android.permission.INTERNET: Not used (declared by the engine by default)

  · com.roommobile.lumen.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION: Generated automatically by the Android system to protect the app's internal messaging. Used only by the app itself and unrelated to anything outside the device

No sensitive permissions are declared — no camera, microphone, location, contacts, external storage, or phone.

6. Ads, purchases, analytics, and third-party services

This app contains none of the following:

  - No ads — no banners, no interstitials, no rewarded video. The advertising ID is not read.

  - No in-app purchases — nothing can be bought inside the app, and no payment method is requested.

  - No accounts or login — no sign-up, social login, or account linking.

  - No analytics — no usage, behavioral, or crash-reporting tools are included.

  - No third-party SDKs — no advertising, analytics, social, or cloud-storage code from outside vendors.

  - No user-to-user interaction — no chat, messaging, friends, leaderboards, or content sharing.

Accordingly, no personal information is shared with, or processed on behalf of, any third party, and no personal information is transferred outside the country.

7. Notice regarding system backup

Depending on the user's own settings, the Android operating system may back up app data to the user's Google account. This feature is governed by the Android operating system and the user's own Google account settings; the developer has no access to such backups.

Users who do not want this can turn it off under Android Settings → Google → Backup. When backup is enabled, the game records described in section 3 may be included.

8. Children's personal information

This app is not directed to children. At the same time, this app collects no personal information from anyone regardless of age, and therefore never collects or uses children's personal information. No situation arises in which parental consent would be required.

The age suitability of this app is indicated separately by its content rating.

9. Security of data

Because the app does not collect personal information or transmit it to a server, there is no risk of user personal information being exposed in transit or through a server breach.

The on-device records described in section 3 are stored in the app-private internal storage area that Android assigns separately to each app. Android isolates this area per app, so on an unmodified device other apps cannot read or modify these files. This protection does not extend to someone with physical possession of the device, or to a device the user has rooted. Even in those cases nothing sensitive is exposed, because the app stores nothing beyond the game progress values listed in section 3. Uninstalling the app removes this area along with it.

10. User rights

Because this app collects no personal information, there is no personal information subject to a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing. Game records stored on the device can be deleted directly by the user at any time using the methods in section 4.
