This Privacy Policy describes how My Gallery ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our application.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your email address to create and manage your account.
Photos and Videos: When you use our AI features (such as AI image analysis and AI Studio), the photos or images you choose are sent to our servers and to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) for processing. We only access photos that you explicitly select for these features.
Usage Data: We may collect basic usage and analytics data through Firebase Analytics to improve the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the app's features
- Authenticate your account and manage your credits and plans
- Process images through AI features when you request them
- Improve app performance and fix issues
3. Permissions We Use
- Storage / Photos and Media: to display and manage your gallery, and to let you select photos for editing or AI features
- Camera: to capture photos and videos within the app (optional)
- Biometric / Fingerprint: to secure the private vault
- Internet: to use AI features and account services
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Photos you select for AI features are sent to Google Gemini for processing. Authentication is handled through Google (Firebase Authentication). We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required to provide these services or by law.
5. Data Security
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using secure connections (HTTPS).
6. Children's Privacy
This app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at mu9688554@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include the email address associated with your account.
Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and all associated data, including:
- Your account information (email address used for sign-in)
- Any photos or images sent to our servers for AI processing
- Your credits and subscription / plan data
All such data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Some information may be retained where required by law, after which it will also be deleted.
