Welcome to Lullaby AI. The following Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using our mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App is designed for parents and caregivers of infants. By using the App, you confirm that you are an adult acting on behalf of a child in your care.
You may create an account using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. We rely on the information you provide. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
The App allows you to create and store information about your baby, including profiles, care event logs, cry recordings, and notes ("Baby Data"). AI-assisted outputs such as cry cause predictions and Luna's responses are generated through your use of the App and are also subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of your Baby Data. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and reproduce your Baby Data solely to operate, improve, and provide the App. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup and caching periods.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, harm, disrupt, or overload the App.
We may remove or restrict content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
The App, its design, logo, brand name, code, features, and other materials are the property of Lullaby AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except for the limited right to use the App as permitted here.
The on-device cry analysis model (DeepInfant V2) is embedded in the App and is licensed for use within the App only. You may not extract, copy, or use it outside the App.
The App offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription for full access. All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not collect or store your payment card data.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Price changes may occur. We will notify you in the App or via Apple where required. If you continue using the subscription after a price change takes effect, you accept the new price.
The free tier includes a limited number of cry analyses per day and a limited number of lifetime care events. These limits are tracked by your account and reset on a daily or rolling basis as described in the App.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple purchase receipt.
The App uses artificial intelligence to assist with baby care, including:
Cry analysis: An on-device AI model that suggests a possible cause for your baby's cry (e.g., hungry, tired, discomfort). This is not a diagnosis.
Luna AI assistant: A conversational assistant that provides general guidance and reassurance based on your baby's logged data.
Important: AI-generated outputs in this App are informational only. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for professional pediatric care. Do not rely on the App's outputs to make medical, health, or safety decisions for your child. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Cry analysis accuracy is not 100%, and Luna's responses may not reflect the most current medical guidance.
The cry analysis feature requires access to your device microphone. You grant microphone access voluntarily and can revoke it at any time in your device settings. Short audio recordings of your baby's cries are stored in your account for your personal reference. You can delete individual recordings at any time from within the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect (including information about your baby), how we use it, and what third-party services we rely on. Please read it carefully.
The App relies on third-party services including Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, and OpenRouter (AI routing). We are not responsible for those services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms are posted means you accept them.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." Without limiting your legal rights, we do not make promises about uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the App will meet your needs. Use the App at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information or AI outputs in the App. The App is a supportive tool for parents — it does not replace pediatric professionals, emergency services, or your own judgment as a caregiver.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may permanently delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account, which will erase all your data from our systems.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, the following sections survive: Intellectual Property, AI Features and Medical Disclaimer, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in your place of residence unless local law requires otherwise. If you reside in Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan apply.
