About Me
Welcome! I am currently a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the College of the Holy Cross. Prior to my current appointment, I was a Research Assistant Professor (postdoc) in the Department of Mathematics at Temple University, where I was mentored by Brian Rider.
I completed my Ph.D. in May, 2023 at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at NYU under the supervision of Sylvia Serfaty My current research interests are in probability and analysis, with a particular interest in models that arise from statistical mechanics and random matrix theory. Lately I have been particularly interested in Coulomb and Riesz gases, a class of singular interacting particle systems with a wide range of applications in random matrix theory, approximation theory, number theory and physics. I also enjoy mentoring undergraduate research projects: if you are an undergraduate and are looking to learn more about conducting mathematics research, please feel free to email me!
I am a 2025-2026 Project NExT fellow, and am deeply invested in developing innovative and inclusive pedagogy. I am particularly interested in active learning and alternative grading styles, and I am committed to building classrooms that help develop a sense of support and belonging.
