I defended my PhD thesis in Political Theory at the European University Institute (EUI) in October 2023. In November 2024, my thesis was awarded the ECPR's 2024 Jean Blondel PhD Prize for the best thesis in politics. Before coming to EUI, I took a BA in Politics & Law from the University of Munich and a MSc in Political Theory from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
As of September 2023, I am a postdoctoral research fellow in the research group "Transformations of Citizenship" at Normative Orders, Goethe-University Frankfurt. While at EUI, I was a research associate in the project "The Ethics of Migration Policy Dilemmas", which I continue to co-coordinate.
