Ludo PowerX (Android package app.binarykeys.ludopowerx) is provided by AppsByTeDev. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game. Contact: appsbytedev@gmail.com.
1. Offline gameplay and local information
You do not need an account to play. Saved matches, player preferences, sound settings and game statistics are stored on your device. These local game features do not require you to provide a real name, email address or phone number. Device backup services may handle app data according to your device settings and their own policies.
2. Advertising and third-party services
Ludo PowerX includes Google AdMob advertising through the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform for privacy choices. When these services operate online, Google may collect or receive IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising or app identifiers, app and advertising interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Google uses this information to deliver and measure advertising, analyse performance and prevent fraud. The information processed depends on your device settings, region, consent choices and the SDK configuration. Non-personalised advertising can still involve information processing.

3. Privacy and advertising choices
Where required and available, the game presents Google's consent message before requesting ads. You can reopen the game's ad privacy options when that option is available. Android settings also provide advertising ID and advertising privacy controls; their location and available options depend on the Android version. Offline gameplay remains available without an internet connection.
4. Support communications
If you email appsbytedev@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as a description of a problem or a screenshot. We use it to respond to your request and troubleshoot the game. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Email services also process these communications under their own policies.
5. Sharing and disclosures
Advertising information is processed by Google and its advertising service providers under the policies linked above. Support communications are handled through our email service. We may disclose information if necessary to comply with applicable law or protect users and the service. If you use the game's share option, Android opens your selected sharing application; what you share is then governed by that application's privacy policy.
6. Storage, retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until it is removed or replaced. To delete it, clear Ludo PowerX's app storage in Android settings. Device or cloud backups may require separate deletion through the relevant provider. Support messages are retained as needed to handle enquiries, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. You may email us to request access to or deletion of support information we hold, subject to any legal retention requirements. We do not control Google's retention periods; consult Google's privacy policy and privacy controls for information it processes.
7. Security and international processing
We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Third-party advertising and email providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable policies and safeguards.
8. Children and age-related privacy
Local play does not require a player to provide their age or contact details. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of advertising-supported apps. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact appsbytedev@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Advertising and consent settings must follow applicable age-related requirements.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact us about information we hold. For information handled by Google, use the privacy controls and contact methods in Google's policy. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
10. Policy changes and contact
