This Privacy Policy explains how Ludo Heaven ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile game. By installing or using Ludo Heaven, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who This App Is For

Ludo Heaven is a general-audience mobile board game. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not design, market, or target the App specifically toward children. The App contains in-app purchases and third-party advertising, both of which are inappropriate to direct at children, which is why our audience is general users — not specifically minors.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has used the App or provided us with information, please see Section 8 below.

2. Information We Collect

Ludo Heaven is built to minimize what we collect. We do not require account creation, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information.

Your in-game progress, coin balance, achievements, missions, and unlocked cosmetic items
Your in-app settings (audio volume, haptics, color-blind mode, language, large text, reduced motion)
Your match history and statistics

Uninstalling the App permanently removes all of this on-device data.

3. Permissions We Use

Ludo Heaven requests only the permissions strictly necessary to function:

Ludo Heaven does not request or use: camera, microphone, precise or approximate location, contacts, calendar, SMS, photo library, call logs, or any access to your device's file system beyond the App's own private, sandboxed storage.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described in Section 2 solely to:

Operate, maintain, and improve the game
Understand which features are popular and where players get stuck
Diagnose crashes and fix bugs
Show ads that are more relevant to you, via AdMob
Process in-app purchases and prevent fraud
Communicate optional gameplay reminders, if you've enabled notifications

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond running and improving Ludo Heaven.

5. Third-Party Services

Ludo Heaven integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:

Google Play Billing — policies.google.com/privacy
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — used to obtain your consent choices for personalized advertising where required by law (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK)

6. Advertising

Ludo Heaven displays advertisements through Google AdMob in three formats:

Banner ads — shown on select non-gameplay screens
Interstitial ads — shown occasionally between sessions, never during active gameplay
Rewarded ads — shown only when you explicitly choose to watch one in exchange for a bonus (e.g. extra coins, daily reward boost)

Ads may use your Advertising ID to be more relevant to you. You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time via your device settings (typically Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android), or, where applicable, through the consent prompt shown on first launch.

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade through in-app billing, banner and interstitial ads are disabled immediately. Rewarded ads remain available, since you choose to view them in exchange for a bonus.

7. In-App Purchases & Randomized Rewards

7.1 In-app purchases

Ludo Heaven offers optional in-app purchases (such as coin packs, gem packs, and the "Remove Ads" upgrade). All payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see, receive, or store your payment card number, bank details, or any other financial credentials. Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to its own refund policy.

7.2 Randomized in-game rewards

Ludo Heaven includes optional features — Chests, Lucky Spin, and Daily Rewards — that grant randomized in-game cosmetic items or in-game currency. These features:

Are free to use and do not require any real-money payment to access or open
Never grant real-world value, cash, or anything redeemable outside the App
Display their reward odds/probabilities in-app, so you always know your chances before opening
Are entirely separate from, and not a substitute for, the optional in-app purchases described above

8. Children's Privacy

Ludo Heaven is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address in Section 12 and we will investigate and delete it promptly. Because Ludo Heaven does not collect personal identifiers in the first place (see Section 2), this risk is inherently limited — but we take any such report seriously and will act on it without delay.

9. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained by Google Firebase according to its own retention policies (typically up to 14 months for Analytics data).
On-device data (progress, settings, coins, cosmetics) remains on your device for as long as the App is installed, and is permanently deleted when you uninstall the App.
We do not operate our own servers that store player data; all retention is governed by the third-party services listed in Section 5.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your region (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/EEA, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to:

Request a copy of the data collected about you
Ask us to delete data associated with you
Object to or restrict certain processing
Opt out of personalized advertising (via your device settings or the in-app consent prompt)
Withdraw consent for analytics collection where consent is the legal basis

Because we do not collect direct identifiers, most data we hold is pseudonymous/anonymous at the platform level (Firebase, AdMob). To exercise any of the above rights, contact us using the details in Section 12, and we will assist to the extent technically possible given the data we hold.

11. Security

We rely on industry-standard security practices and exclusively use well-established, trusted third-party infrastructure (Google Firebase, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob) to handle any information collected. All data in transit between the App and these services is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the data we handle.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced inside the App. Continued use of Ludo Heaven after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
