Privacy Policy – Ludo Fun
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. About this app
Ludo Fun (nl.marwan.ludo) is provided by MAster Studio. Version 1.0 and later are native Godot apps. Solo play works locally; online play and advertising use internet services. Version 1.1 includes saved scores and friends for guests and optional Google sign-in. CASH is a virtual game score, not money.
2. Guest and online play
You can play without a Google account. Firebase Anonymous Authentication automatically creates a guest identifier without requiring an email address or password. This identifier is retained on your device across app restarts. Your chosen player name, friend code, CASH, owned and selected icons, scores, completed match identifiers, friendships, requests and invitations are stored in Firebase under that guest identifier. Settings and a wallet cache are saved on your device; unsent match results may be queued until a connection is available. Guest progress belongs to this installation. Removing the app or clearing its data can remove access to the guest identifier; it does not automatically delete its cloud records. Firebase Realtime Database processes your player name, pawn selection, room code, presence, messages/reactions, game actions and state to synchronize matches. Use a nickname and avoid sharing personal information. Rooms are cleaned up by the room lifecycle service.
3. Google sign-in and saved progress
Google sign-in is optional. Firebase Authentication processes your Google account identifier, display name and email address to authenticate you. Ludo stores your player name, friend code, CASH balance, owned and selected icons, match results and scores in Firebase to restore progress across devices. Completed match identifiers prevent repeated rewards. Unsent results may be queued on your device until a connection is available. Signing out returns to your separate guest profile. Guest and Google profiles have independent wallets and friendships. Google sign-in is not required to use the game, saved coins, icons, scores or friends.
4. Friends and invitations
Other players can find you using the friend code you share. The app stores friend requests, accepted friendships and room invitations. Friends and request recipients see your chosen player name. Ludo does not access your Google contacts. Room invitations are available for ten minutes. Friendship and invitation records are removed when the associated cloud account is deleted.
5. Advertising and privacy choices
Google AdMob provides banners and, from version 1.1, an interstitial after a completed match when an ad is available. Google and its partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. Open Settings > Ad privacy to revisit available choices. Hiding a gameplay banner does not withdraw consent. Solo gameplay remains available without consenting to personalized ads.

Firebase privacy information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Earlier Android versions used Firebase Analytics to measure app and multiplayer activity. The native Godot app does not include Firebase Analytics.
6. Your choices and account deletion
You can play as a guest, leave a room, change your nickname, sign out and manage ad privacy choices.
To delete your Ludo cloud account in version 1.1, open My friends > Friends & scores > Delete my cloud account and confirm. This deletes the Ludo authentication account, profile, wallet, scores, owned icons, friendships, requests, invitations and associated saved match records. For a Google profile, it does not delete your Google account and the separate guest profile stays intact. Deleting a guest cloud account also resets that guest wallet and scores before a new guest profile is created.
If you cannot use the app, email masterstudio2026@hotmail.com and request deletion of your Ludo Fun account. For a Google profile, use the Google email associated with that profile. Include your friend code if available. Guests should use the in-app deletion option before clearing device storage or uninstalling. We may verify ownership before processing your request. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
A one-way hash of the deleted Ludo identifier is retained to prevent stale sign-in tokens or queued results from restoring deleted records. Infrastructure logs may remain under the service provider's operational retention.
To erase local settings and cached progress, open Android Settings > Apps > Ludo Fun > Storage > Clear data. Clearing device storage alone does not delete guest or Google cloud records. Use in-app cloud account deletion first if you want those records removed.
7. Children and contact
The app does not request contacts, precise GPS location or photos. Parents should supervise children's online play. Contact us if a child has shared personal information or if you have a privacy, access or deletion request.
