LifeAdminIQ is an Android application developed by Lucso Studio.
The app is designed to help users organize life administration tasks, reminders, appointments, subscriptions, bills, family shared information, and personal finance-related reminders.
Data collected
LifeAdminIQ may collect and store user-generated content required for the app to function, such as:
- reminders and task titles;
- appointment details;
- subscription and bill information entered by the user;
- monthly payment amounts and due dates;
- categories, notes, and status information;
- family share codes and shared family data, when the user chooses to use Family Share;
- language, theme, and app preference settings.
If the user creates an account, the app may collect account information such as:
- name;
- surname;
- email address;
- phone number;
- authentication identifier.
This data may be synchronized using Firebase / Firestore cloud services in order to allow the app to work across multiple devices and preserve user data.
If the user chooses to import bank statements or documents, LifeAdminIQ may process selected CSV or PDF files in order to extract or store relevant payment and subscription information. Imported files or extracted information may be stored using Firebase / Firestore or Firebase Storage, depending on the feature used.
If the user chooses to connect Google / Gmail features, the app may request Google account permissions required for the selected feature. These permissions are used only to provide the requested app functionality, such as identifying relevant reminders, events, subscriptions, or payment-related information. The app does not use Google user data for advertising.
The app may also collect technical data such as crash logs, diagnostics, device identifiers, and app performance information used for app functionality, stability, security, and performance monitoring.
Subscriptions and payments
LifeAdminIQ may offer paid subscriptions such as Basic or Premium through Google Play Billing.
Payment processing is handled by Google Play. LifeAdminIQ does not collect or store full payment card details.
The app may receive subscription status information from Google Play in order to unlock paid features.
Data sharing
We do not sell user data.
We do not share user data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Some data may be processed by service providers used by the app, such as Google Firebase, Google Play, Google Sign-In, Gmail / Google APIs, or Android system services, only for app functionality, authentication, cloud synchronization, diagnostics, security, payments, and performance.
Data security
Data transmitted by the app is encrypted in transit using secure connections.
We use service providers such as Firebase and Google Play to help protect app data and account functionality.
Account creation
LifeAdminIQ allows users to create an account using email and password or to sign in using a Google account.
Account features may be required for cloud synchronization, subscriptions, Family Share, and data recovery across devices.
Children and younger users
LifeAdminIQ is available as a 18+ audience app and may be used only by adults for personal organization and reminders.
The app does not knowingly sell children's data or share user data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Some features, such as account creation, paid subscriptions, Google / Gmail connection, Family Share, or importing financial documents, may require adult supervision, parent or guardian consent, or a valid Google Play account, depending on the user's age and local requirements.

LifeAdminIQ is a productivity and family admin app for adults. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
LifeAdminIQ is intended for users who are 18 years old or older. Family Messages are also intended only for adult family members.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, LifeAdminIQ may collect or store:
- Account information, such as your user ID, email address, display name, subscription status, language, and app settings.
- Tasks, reminders, notes, dates, categories, costs, recurrence settings, and other content you choose to add.
- Family sharing information, such as family ID, invited family members, membership status, shared reminders, optional family location sharing status, and related timestamps.
- Family Messages information, including text-only 1:1 messages between adult family members, message timestamps, sender IDs, thread IDs, block status, report records, and evidence snapshots for reported messages.
- Optional invoice or document information when you choose to scan or import a file.
- Optional AI request content when you explicitly use AI features, such as task parsing or assistant features.
- Technical information needed to run the app, such as authentication state, error information, security logs, and Firebase/Google Play service metadata.
2. Family Messages and moderation
Family Messages are text-only 1:1 conversations between invited adult family members. LifeAdminIQ does not provide public chat, group chat, photos, audio, video, or file sharing in Family Messages v1.
We do not manually read all private messages before they are sent. Moderation is reactive. If a user reports a message, a copy of the reported message and related metadata may be reviewed for safety, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, and support.
Users can report messages, block or unblock another participant, and delete their own message text. Blocking a conversation prevents new messages in that conversation while the block is active.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide LifeAdminIQ features, including tasks, reminders, notes, subscriptions, family sharing, and Family Messages.
- Sync your data across your devices and with invited family members when you choose family features.
- Process subscriptions through Google Play Billing.
- Provide optional AI features when you explicitly request them.
- Detect abuse, investigate reports, enforce safety rules, prevent misuse, and protect users.
- Improve reliability, security, and support.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared only as needed to provide the app:
- With Firebase/Google services used for authentication, cloud storage, Firestore database, cloud functions, billing, analytics/security infrastructure, and app operations.
- With invited adult family members for family features that you choose to use.
- With AI service providers only when you explicitly use AI-powered features.
- When required by law, safety, abuse prevention, or platform policy.
5. Data retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the service, support users, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, or maintain security.
Deleted message text is removed from the live conversation view, but report records may keep an evidence snapshot of reported content so that abuse reports can still be reviewed.

6. Security
LifeAdminIQ uses Firebase and Google infrastructure. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We use access controls and Firebase security rules to limit who can read or write user and family data.
No system is perfectly secure, so users should avoid adding highly sensitive information that they do not need inside the app.
7. Children
LifeAdminIQ and Family Messages are intended for adults only. Users and invited family members must be 18 years old or older. We do not knowingly provide Family Messages to children.

LifeAdminIQ este o aplicatie de productivitate si administrare de familie pentru adulti. Aceasta Politica de confidentialitate explica ce informatii colectam, cum le folosim si ce optiuni ai.
LifeAdminIQ este destinata utilizatorilor de 18 ani sau mai mult. Family Messages este, de asemenea, destinata doar membrilor adulti ai familiei.
1. Informatii pe care le colectam
In functie de functionalitatile folosite, LifeAdminIQ poate colecta sau stoca:
- Informatii de cont, cum ar fi user ID, adresa de email, numele afisat, statusul abonamentului, limba si setarile aplicatiei.
- Taskuri, remindere, notite, date, categorii, costuri, setari de repetare si alte informatii pe care alegi sa le adaugi.
- Informatii de Family Share, cum ar fi family ID, membrii invitati, statusul de membru, remindere partajate, statusul optional de locatie in familie si timestamp-uri asociate.
- Informatii Family Messages, inclusiv mesaje text 1:1 intre membri adulti ai familiei, timestamp-uri, ID-ul expeditorului, ID-ul conversatiei, statusul de blocare, rapoarte si copii de evidenta pentru mesajele raportate.
- Informatii optionale din facturi sau documente atunci cand alegi sa scanezi sau sa importi un fisier.
- Continut optional trimis catre AI atunci cand folosesti explicit functiile AI, cum ar fi parsarea unui task sau asistentul.
- Informatii tehnice necesare pentru functionarea aplicatiei, cum ar fi statusul autentificarii, erori, loguri de securitate si metadata Firebase/Google Play.
2. Family Messages si moderare
Family Messages inseamna conversatii text-only 1:1 intre membri adulti invitati in familie. In versiunea v1, LifeAdminIQ nu ofera chat public, chat de grup, poze, audio, video sau fisiere in Family Messages.
Nu citim manual toate mesajele private inainte sa fie trimise. Moderarea este reactiva. Daca un utilizator raporteaza un mesaj, o copie a mesajului raportat si metadata asociata pot fi revizuite pentru siguranta, prevenirea abuzului, aplicarea regulilor si suport.
Utilizatorii pot raporta mesaje, bloca sau debloca un participant si sterge propriul text din mesaj. Blocarea unei conversatii opreste mesajele noi in acea conversatie cat timp blocarea este activa.
3. Cum folosim informatiile
Folosim informatiile pentru:
- A furniza functionalitatile LifeAdminIQ, inclusiv taskuri, remindere, notite, abonamente, Family Share si Family Messages.
- A sincroniza datele intre dispozitivele tale si cu membrii adulti invitati, atunci cand alegi functionalitati de familie.
- A procesa abonamente prin Google Play Billing.
- A oferi functii AI optionale, atunci cand le ceri explicit.
- A detecta abuzuri, investiga rapoarte, aplica regulile de siguranta, preveni folosirea gresita si proteja utilizatorii.
- A imbunatati fiabilitatea, securitatea si suportul.
4. Partajarea informatiilor
Nu vindem informatiile personale.
Informatiile pot fi partajate doar cand este necesar pentru functionarea aplicatiei:
- Cu servicii Firebase/Google folosite pentru autentificare, baza de date Firestore, stocare cloud, functii cloud, billing, infrastructura de securitate si operare.
- Cu membrii adulti invitati in familie pentru functionalitatile de familie pe care alegi sa le folosesti.
- Cu furnizori AI doar cand folosesti explicit functii AI.
- Cand este necesar legal, pentru siguranta, prevenirea abuzului sau politica platformei.
5. Retentie si stergere
Pastram datele cat timp contul este activ sau cat timp sunt necesare pentru furnizarea serviciului, suport, prevenirea abuzului, obligatii legale sau securitate.
Textul unui mesaj sters este eliminat din conversatia vizibila, dar rapoartele pot pastra o copie de evidenta a continutului raportat pentru ca abuzurile sa poata fi revizuite.
Poti cere stergerea contului sau a datelor contactandu-ne la lucso.studio@gmail.com. Unele inregistrari pot fi pastrate pentru o perioada limitata cand sunt necesare pentru securitate, prevenirea abuzului, billing, obligatii legale sau dispute.
6. Securitate
LifeAdminIQ foloseste infrastructura Firebase si Google. Datele sunt transmise prin conexiuni criptate. Folosim reguli de securitate Firebase si controale de acces pentru a limita cine poate citi sau scrie date de utilizator si familie.
Niciun sistem nu este perfect securizat, asa ca utilizatorii ar trebui sa evite adaugarea informatiilor foarte sensibile daca nu sunt necesare in aplicatie.
7. Copii
LifeAdminIQ si Family Messages sunt destinate doar adultilor. Utilizatorii si membrii invitati trebuie sa aiba 18 ani sau mai mult. Nu oferim cu buna stiinta Family Messages copiilor.
