This Privacy Policy explains how Multistack Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with Lucora, our iOS fashion discovery and AI virtual try-on application (the “App”). Multistack Solutions provides software engineering and digital product services and is the operator of Lucora as a Multistack product. This Policy is intended to meet Apple App Store Review Guidelines, applicable privacy laws (including the EU/UK GDPR where relevant), and industry best practices for consumer mobile apps.
Company website (services & about Multistack): https://multistacksolutions.com/. This Lucora Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Lucora App. Multistack’s general website Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy (linked from the company site) may also apply to visits to the Multistack website; they do not replace this App-specific Policy for Lucora users.
Lucora is a fashion discovery and AI virtual try-on application operated by Multistack Solutions. Users can browse partner brand catalogs, capture or select photos for try-on and optional body measurement context, generate AI try-on previews, save favorites and history on device, and open retailer product pages to complete purchases outside the App.
This Privacy Policy applies to: (a) the Lucora iOS App; (b) related support communications you send to us about Lucora; and (c) any privacy notices presented in-app that expressly incorporate this Policy. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that you access through links from Lucora (including retailer checkout pages), which are governed by those parties’ own privacy policies. Visits to Multistack’s company website are covered by Multistack’s website privacy notices, available via the company site.
By downloading, accessing, or using Lucora, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Multistack Solutions is the data controller for personal data processed under this Policy, unless otherwise stated for a specific processing activity.
We design Lucora to minimize collection of personal data. Much of your activity remains on your device. Depending on how you use the App, we may process the categories below.
Photos and images. Full-body or other photos you capture with the camera or select from your photo library for virtual try-on and optional measurement features.
Garment images. Images of clothing items you capture or select for try-on (where applicable), or product images retrieved from partner catalogs for try-on generation.
Optional body measurements and sizing context. Measurements or related preferences you enter or generate in Profile for sizing context. As designed, measurement scanning is intended to remain on-device.
Support communications. Information you include when you contact us at abdul.rehman@multistacksolution.com or hello@multistacksolutions.com (for example, name, email address, device type, and description of an issue).
API or configuration keys (developer / advanced use). If you supply a service key for try-on generation in non-production or permitted configurations, that key may be stored securely on device (e.g., Keychain). Production deployments should prefer server-side key management.
Device and app information. Limited technical information necessary to operate the App (for example, iOS version, device model, app version, locale/language, and crash or error diagnostics if you enable system reporting).
On-device app data. Favorites, recently viewed products, try-on history metadata, and related preferences stored locally using on-device storage (including SwiftData and UserDefaults as applicable).
Network activity for core features. Requests to partner catalog endpoints and to AI try-on providers required to display products and generate try-on results.
Unless you later enable a feature that requires it and we update this Policy, Lucora is not designed to collect:
Payment card numbers, bank account details, or in-app purchase financial credentials (purchases occur on retailer websites).
Precise continuous location tracking for advertising.
Contacts, microphone audio, health records, or government ID numbers.
Cross-app tracking identifiers for advertising (see Sections 10 and 17). Our App Privacy Manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking as false.
Product catalog data (titles, prices, images, availability, and product URLs) is obtained from partner brand / retailer systems so you can browse and open official product pages. That catalog content is generally not personal data about you, except to the extent it becomes associated with your on-device favorites or history.
We use information for the following purposes:
Provide core App features: browse catalogs, generate AI virtual try-on previews, compare before/after results, manage favorites and history, and open retailer pages.
Operate optional on-device measurement / sizing context tools.
Respond to support requests and improve reliability and user experience.
Maintain security, prevent abuse or fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Communicate material updates to this Privacy Policy or essential service notices.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your try-on photos for advertising profiles or sell them to data brokers.
If the GDPR / UK GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
Contract / performance of a service: processing necessary to provide the features you request (e.g., sending images to an AI provider to generate a try-on).
Legitimate interests: securing the App, preventing abuse, and improving features in a manner that does not override your rights.
Consent: where required (e.g., certain optional permissions, or processing that Apple or local law requires consent for). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.
We share information only as described below:
We use trusted third parties to help operate Lucora. The primary processing relevant to try-on is described in Section 7. Processors may process data only on our instructions and subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
When you tap Buy Now or otherwise open a retailer product page, you leave Lucora’s experience and interact with the retailer’s site or app. Lucora does not process payments. Any information you provide to a retailer is governed by that retailer’s privacy policy.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or security of users, the public, or our business.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continuity of privacy protections consistent with this Policy.
We may share information when you ask us to (for example, when you use system Share to send a try-on image to another app).
Lucora relies on third-party services to deliver core functionality. Please review their privacy terms.
To generate virtual try-on results, Lucora transmits relevant images (typically your person/body photo and garment/product imagery) and related generation instructions to Google’s Gemini / generative AI services. Generated result images may be returned to the App for display, local save, or sharing at your direction.
Provider: Google LLC (and affiliated entities).
Purpose: Generate AI try-on previews you request.
Data typically sent: Images and prompts necessary for generation; technical request metadata.
Privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy and Google’s generative AI / Gemini API terms and data-use disclosures as applicable to the API tier in use.
Important: Do not upload images of other people without appropriate permission. Avoid including sensitive documents or unnecessary personal information in photos.
Lucora retrieves publicly available or partner-provided catalog data from brand/retailer systems (for example, Shopify-based storefront APIs or GraphQL endpoints). Current and planned partner brands may include Cougar, Outfitters, and additional brands as launched. Opening Buy Now uses Safari / SFSafariViewController (or equivalent) to the retailer’s official product URL.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and uses Apple frameworks (Camera, Photos, Safari View Controller, on-device storage, Keychain, etc.). Apple’s handling of account, device, and App Store data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
Current posture: Lucora’s App Privacy Manifest indicates no tracking and does not declare additional collected data types for advertising SDKs. Beyond Apple frameworks and Google Gemini try-on, no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are used in the current design. If we add analytics, crash reporting, authentication, or other SDKs, we will update this Policy, App Privacy labels in App Store Connect, and PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy as required.
On device: favorites, recently viewed items, try-on history, preferences, and measurement-related data are designed to remain on your device.
Third-party processing: images sent for AI try-on are processed by Google Gemini infrastructure, which may be located in the United States or other countries where Google operates.
Our systems: if you email abdul.rehman@multistacksolution.com or hello@multistacksolutions.com, we may store correspondence in our email systems for support purposes.
On-device data generally remains until you delete it within the App, clear App data, or uninstall Lucora. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your request and for up to 24 months thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.
AI providers may process and transiently log API requests according to their terms. Where available, we configure API settings to limit use of customer content for model training. Review Google Gemini / Google AI API data-use terms for the applicable product tier.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including on-device storage for user libraries, use of platform security features (such as iOS Keychain where applicable), TLS for network requests, and least-privilege access to production credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the App at your own risk subject to applicable law.
Certain features—particularly body measurement scanning and local history—are designed to process data on your device using Apple frameworks (for example, Vision and local databases). On-device processing reduces the need to transmit sensitive information to our servers. Virtual try-on generation, however, requires transmission of images to Google Gemini as described above.
Lucora is a native iOS application and does not use browser cookies in the traditional website sense within the App UI. We do not engage in cross-app tracking for advertising as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, and our Privacy Manifest sets NSPrivacyTracking to false.
Our company website (https://multistacksolutions.com/) may use cookies or similar technologies as described in Multistack’s Cookie Policy and website Privacy Policy. Retailer websites you open from Lucora may set their own cookies; we do not control those technologies.
We do not currently use third-party advertising networks to serve personalized ads in Lucora. If this changes, we will update this Policy and obtain any required consent / ATT permission.
Lucora may request the following permissions, which you can manage in iOS Settings:
Camera — to capture body photos for measurement and virtual try-on.
Photo Library (read) — to select photos for measurement and virtual try-on.
Photo Library (add / save) — to save try-on results when you choose Save.
Denying a permission may limit related features but will not prevent browsing catalogs where network access is available. Lucora does not require continuous background location access.
Lucora does not process payments and does not operate in-app checkout for partner merchandise. When you choose to purchase, you are directed to the retailer’s official product page. Payment cards, shipping addresses, and order history associated with purchases are collected by the retailer under their terms and privacy policy—not by Lucora.
If we later offer optional paid Lucora features via Apple In-App Purchase, Apple will process payment; we would receive limited purchase entitlement information (not full card numbers) and update this Policy accordingly.
Lucora is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App Store age rating may reflect content suitability and does not mean the App is designed for children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact abdul.rehman@multistacksolution.com. We will take reasonable steps to delete such information as required by law (including COPPA where applicable).
Parents and guardians should supervise use of camera and photo features. Do not upload images of minors without lawful authority and appropriate consent.
Multistack Solutions is based in Germany. If you use Lucora from outside Germany or the EEA, or when we use processors outside your country, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including the United States (for example, when using Google Gemini). Those countries may have data-protection laws different from your jurisdiction.
Where GDPR / UK GDPR applies to a restricted transfer, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (or successor mechanisms) offered by processors, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer tools.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, which may include:
Access — request confirmation of and access to personal data we hold about you.
Correction — request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Deletion — request deletion of personal data (note: on-device data can often be deleted by you directly via App controls or uninstall).
Portability — receive a copy of certain data in a portable format, where applicable.
Restriction / objection — restrict or object to certain processing, where applicable.
Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.
Lodge a complaint — with your local data protection authority (for example, a German Landesdatenschutzbehörde or another EEA/UK supervisory authority).
To exercise rights regarding data we control (for example, support emails), contact abdul.rehman@multistacksolution.com. We may need to verify your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 30 days under GDPR, subject to extensions).
Because many Lucora features store data only on your device, the most effective way to delete favorites, history, and local try-on artifacts is to use in-app controls (where available) or delete/uninstall the App.
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as the CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, or similar), you may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Lucora does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined. We also do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under CPRA beyond what is necessary to provide the services you request.
To submit a request, email abdul.rehman@multistacksolution.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and specify your state of residence. Authorized agents may submit requests as permitted by law with appropriate verification.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
There is no uniform industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals in native apps. Lucora does not track users across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes. We do not present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt for advertising tracking because we do not use the App for that purpose. If our practices change, we will request ATT permission where required and update this Policy.
