Welcome to Lucky Dog Videos("Lucky Dog Videos," "we," "us" or "our"). If you continue to useLucky Dog Videos, it indicates that you agree to our User Agreement and you are aware of our Privacy Policy.

Our User Agreement explains users’ Restrictions on Use and Termination of use. In Lucky Dog Videos, users can upload user-generated content and the content will be shown after the editor team reviews them. To the extent information covered by this Section is associated with an identified or identifiable natural person and is protected as personal data under applicable data protection laws, it is referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Personal Data." We use pseudonymization for particular types of Personal Data to ensure better security of your Personal Data.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive (including Personal Data) for the following purposes:

Parties with whom we may share your Personal Data. Parties with whom you may choose to share your User Content. Any information or content that you voluntarily stylize with the Service, such as User Content, becomes available to the Lucky Dog Videos anonymously.

What happens in the event of a change of control. If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of Lucky Dog Videos or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as User Content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. Data Storage and Processing. Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in any country in which Lucky Dog Videos, its Affiliates or Service Providers (processors) maintain facilities.

To the extent necessary for those purposes, we take reasonable and appropriate steps to ensure that any information in our care is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use.

Data security. We use reasonable and appropriate information security safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. However, Lucky Dog Videos cannot ensure the absolute security of any information you transmit to the Service or an absolute guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Please understand that there is no ideal technology or measure to maintain 100 % security. Among others, we utilize the following information security measures:

Pseudominization of certain categories of your Personal Data; Encryption of your Personal Data in transit and in rest; Systematic vulnerability scanning and penetration testing; Organizational and legal measures; Conducting periodical data protection impact assessments in order to ensure that the Service fully adheres to the principles of 'privacy by design', 'privacy by default' and others. We also commit to undertake privacy audit in case of Company's merger or takeover. All information that you provide to us through the App is automatically uploaded to our servers and is stored there in duplicate to the information stored on your device.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

General age limitation. Lucky Dog Videos does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.

Age limitation for EU residents. Due to requirements of the GDPR you shall be at least 16 years old in order to use the Service. To the extent prohibited by applicable law, we do not allow use of the Service by the EU residents younger than 16 years old. If you are aware of anyone younger than 16 using the Service, please contact us and we will take required steps to delete such information.

6. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND SERVICES

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and we do not exercise control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your User Content. If you are using a third party website or service (like Facebook or Twitter) and you allow such a third party access to your User Content, you do so at your own risk. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) and from other sources other than through the Service.

7.Information Collection And Use

While using our service, we may collect certain information regarding your device. This may include, but not limited to information such as device make, operating system, version, timezone, locale, country and language. We may also collect advertising related information such as Google Advertising ID.

We also collect some of your user information, which may include but is not limited to Google nickname, Google mailbox, Android unique device ID or other identifiers. We may also collect page views, clicks and installed applications in the application, and may need to visit your device photo album to help you better use this application

There information will be used solely for personalisation, ad-tracking and verification purposes by the company or any of our 3rd party providers and partners.

We may also ask you to provide us with certain personally non-identifiable as well as personally identifiable information, such as email, nickname, first name that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information will only be used by the company for situational contact purposes such as prize claiming and support services and will not be shared with any external parties. Generalised non-personally identifiable may be shared with our partners and advertising providers for the sole purpose of advertising personalisation, ad-tracking, verification and fraud purposes.

8.Advertising Serving Technology

This app uses various advertising networks as a source for generating and providing "Offers" for users. APPLE, GOOGLE AND AMAZON ARE NOT A SPONSOR NOR ARE INVOLVED IN ANY WAY IN THIS CONTEST/DRAW. NO APPLE PRODUCTS ARE BEING USED AS PRIZES.

9.Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a children under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
