VigilWave Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Lucid Wake mobile and Wear OS and WatchOS application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it. However, to provide the core functionality of lucid dream induction, the app requires access to specific data:
Body Sensors: We access heart rate and motion data via your Wear OS device to detect REM sleep cycles. This data is processed locally on your device and is NOT uploaded to our servers.
Storage: We may store sleep logs (e.g., .lucid files) in your device's local directory (Download/Lucid Wake) for your personal review and parameter tuning.
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google Play Services: Used for app functionality and Wear OS synchronization.
Google Play Billing: Used to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not store your credit card or financial information; all transactions are handled securely by Google.
Local Processing: Your physiological data (Body Sensors) is used in real-time by our algorithm and is not shared with any third party.
Data Control: You can delete your sleep logs at any time by navigating to the designated folder on your device or by uninstalling the application.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
