I am a Consultant (Green Automotive) at  Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC).  Prior to joining HKPC, I  was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering, City University of Hong Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong (05. 2020-02. 2024).
