I am a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the LMU Institute for Financial Innovation and Technology (Germany) and an Affiliated Researcher at the Digital Finance Cooperative Research Centre (Australia). Previously, I completed a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship in Accounting at the University of Bologna (Italy). Before my post-doctoral studies, I earned a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Wollongong (Australia) and a Doctorate in Accounting from the University of Molise (Italy). I also served as an Industrial PhD Research Fellow in Market Microstructure at the Rozetta Institute (Australia), a Foreign Exchange Benchmark Surveillance Specialist at LSEG Data & Analytics (UK), and as Co-Founder of 110 Laude s.r.l. (Italy), a Fintech start-up. 

My research interests mainly focus on market microstructure, innovation in financial markets technology, and geoeconomics. My publications appear in academic journals such as the Journal of Banking & Finance, Quantitative Finance, and The Journal of Futures Markets.
