I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Eastern Piedmont University since May 2025.

My research lies in applied microeconomics, with a focus on income distribution, inequality of opportunity, and labor market dynamics, particularly in relation to education and gender disparities.

I am also editor for Glossario delle disuguaglianze sociali, research fellow at Global Labor Organization (GLO), and Visiting Lecturer at the American University of Armenia during the Spring 2026 semester .
