I completed my PhD in Economics at the KU Leuven (Belgium), entitled "Essays on the Labour Market and Productivity". During that period, I was a Marie Curie/CEPR Early Stage Researcher and a member of the KUL Center of Excellence.
At the OECD since 2014, I also worked in the Science, Technology and Innovation Directorate, and in the Employment, Labour and Social Affairs Directorate. Previous work experience includes stints at the World Bank (Finance & Private Sector Development - Entrepreneurship & Innovation Division), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Chief Economist Office), the European Commission (Bureau of European Policy Advisers, now I.D.E.A.), and UNCTAD (DIvision of Investment & Enterprise).
