Lu Han is Research Professor of Finance and the W. P. Carey Distinguished Chair in Real Estate and Finance at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where she serves as Academic Director of the W. P. Carey Center for Real Estate and Finance. She has also been Professor and the Nathan F. Brand Chair in Real Estate at the Wisconsin School of Business, University of Wisconsin–Madison since 2020, and directed the Real Estate and Urban Economics Ph.D. Program there (on leave, 2026–2027). Previously, she was Professor of Economic Analysis and Policy and held the Premier’s Research Chair in Productivity and Competitiveness at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. Professor Han received her Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University.
