These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LTX Video Generator mobile application (the "App") provided by LTX Video Generator ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. The Service
LTX Video Generator lets you generate short videos from text prompts or images using machine-learning models. Each generation consumes in-app gems. Gems can be earned via the welcome bonus, in-app purchases, or active subscriptions. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts
The App creates an anonymous guest account on first launch. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including any content you submit and any purchases made through your store account. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
- All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment will be charged to the store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Coin packs are one-time purchases. Gems credited from a coin pack do not expire and remain available on your account until consumed.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. The renewal price is the same as the introductory price unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
- Refunds are governed by the policies of the store from which you purchased. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- Gems and subscription benefits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside the App.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the App to:
- generate content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that depicts identifiable real people in defamatory or non-consensual ways;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service;
- abuse, harass, or impersonate other users or our staff;
- bypass billing or attempt to obtain gems through fraudulent means.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the prompts and source images you upload and of the videos generated for you, subject to the rights of any third-party content used in your prompts. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to deliver the service to you.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Machine-learning generations may be inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsatisfactory. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced inside the App. Your continued use of the App after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
