This Privacy Policy describes how LTX Video Generator ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the LTX Video Generator mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
- Anonymous device identifiers (such as iOS IdentifierForVendor, an app-generated UUID stored in the device Keychain, or Android Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID) used only to create and recognize a guest account on the App. We do not collect your name, phone number, email, or precise location.
- Basic device information: device model, operating system version, screen size, and time zone. This information is used to provide the service and to debug issues.
- Content you create: text prompts you enter and images you upload to generate videos. These are sent to our servers solely to fulfill your generation requests. We do not use your prompts or uploaded images to train any machine-learning model.
- Purchase records: when you buy gems or a subscription through the App, we receive a transaction receipt from Apple App Store or Google Play (via RevenueCat) so that we can credit your account. We do not see or store your credit-card number or any other payment-instrument data.
- Diagnostic logs: anonymized crash logs and performance metrics that help us improve the App.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your guest account, including persisting it across app reinstalls on the same device.
- To deliver video-generation results and bill your purchases.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share data with the following categories of third-party processors strictly for the purposes listed above:
- Cloud hosting and content-delivery providers that store generated videos and serve them to your device.
- Payment processors (Apple, Google, RevenueCat) for purchase validation and refunds.
- Analytics and crash-reporting providers that operate on aggregated, anonymized data.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Generated tasks and videos are kept on our servers for as long as your account remains active.
- You can delete your account at any time from the in-app Profile(Me) screen ("Delete account"). When you do so, your account record and all associated tasks are permanently removed from our servers. The device identifiers stored on your device are also wiped, so the next launch will create a brand-new account.
5. Children's Privacy
LTX Video Generator is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us and we will delete the associated account.
6. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted inside the App.
