Aims to provide a social safety net and transitory support (in partnership with DOLE and TESDA) to the drivers and operators who may be affected as a result of the Route Rationalization and LPTRP.

1. TSUPER ISKOLAR PROGRAM - Offers a free skills training and assessment scholarship program to the qualified stakeholders as well as their dependents.
2. ENTSUPERNEUR PROGRAM - Provide a livelihood assistance packages that are aptly selected enabling beneficiaries to have sustainable source of income outside the public transportations industry.
