Welcome to LoveSync Pro ("we", "our", or "us"). We are dedicated to providing a safe, romantic, and engaging space for couples to stay emotionally and digitally connected. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to safeguarding the personal data you share with us.
This Privacy Policy explains how our application (LoveSync Pro, package name: com.lovesync.android) collects, uses, processes, and protects your information in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and global privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA).
We collect only the information necessary to provide and enhance your relationship synchronization experience:
Account & Profile Information: When you register or sign in using Google Sign-In or email, we collect your display name/nickname, email address, profile avatar preferences, and an encrypted partner pairing code.
Couple & Interactive Data: Information generated within the couple's private space, including shared daily question answers, psychological quiz compatibility scores, cosmic horoscope preferences, pulse touch interactions (haptic timestamp signals), and customized love poetry/cards.
Device & Diagnostics Data: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, network state, crash logs, and performance metrics to ensure app stability.
Advertising & Identifiers: Anonymous advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID) utilized by Google Mobile Ads SDK for serving contextual or personalized advertisements to free-tier users.
Purchases & Subscriptions: Purchase tokens and transaction status processed via Google Play In-App Billing. Note: We never collect, process, or store credit card or banking details. All transactions are securely handled by Google Play.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To link and synchronize real-time interactions exclusively between you and your paired partner.
To deliver interactive features such as Pulse Touch, Daily Couple Questions, Cosmic Compatibility, and AI Shayari/Love Card generation.
To manage your VIP subscription status, gem balance, and unlock premium features.
To monitor app performance, fix crashes, and ensure system reliability.
To display advertisements via Google AdMob (for non-VIP users).
To prevent fraudulent use, account abuse, and maintain a secure environment.
LoveSync Pro integrates trusted third-party SDKs that may collect data governed by their respective privacy policies:

Google Credential Manager / Google ID: Secure one-tap sign-in.
Security Standard: We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS / TLS 1.3) for all data in transit between your device and our servers. Local app data is securely stored on your device using Android's encrypted Room and DataStore architecture.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or relationship data to any third-party data brokers or advertisers.
In compliance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, you have the full right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time:
In-App Deletion: Navigate to Settings / Vault → Account → Delete Account to permanently remove your profile, unpair your partner, and erase all couple interactions.
Web / Email Request: You can also request complete account and data erasure by emailing us at sukhakahlon.in@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will permanently delete your account and records within 30 days.
LoveSync Pro is designed for adults and young couples and is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or under 18 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a minor under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete such records.
android.permission.INTERNET: Required to synchronize couple data in real-time, authenticate users, and fetch AI cards/ads.
android.permission.VIBRATE: Required to deliver sensory haptic heartbeats during Realtime Pulse Touch interactions.
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new app features or regulatory updates. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". We encourage you to review this policy from time to time.
