By downloading, installing, or using the "Love OS" mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Love OS is a digital relationship operating system designed for couples. It provides features such as shared calendars, galleries, gamified relationship tracking ("Love Level"), virtual pet companions, and daily interaction tools. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for entertainment and relationship-enhancement purposes.
3. User Accounts and Privacy
3.1. To use most features of the Service, you must create an account and pair it with your partner's account using a unique pairing code.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and pairing code.
3.3. You agree that any content (photos, notes, messages) you upload is shared with your connected partner. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
4. User Content
4.1. You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content ("User Content") you submit to the Service.
4.2. By uploading User Content, you grant Love OS a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your partner. We do not sell your personal memories or photos to third parties.
4.3. You agree not to upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate this rule.
5. Premium Subscriptions (Love OS Premium)
5.1. **Subscription:** Some features (e.g., unlimited history, exclusive widgets, advanced pet features) are available only with a paid subscription ("Premium").
5.2. **Payment:** Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
5.3. **Auto-Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
5.4. **Cancellation:** You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
* Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
* Attempt to reverse engineer the application's code.
* Harass or harm other users (though the app is primarily private between partners).
* Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Love OS makes no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any relationship issues or misunderstandings that may arise from the use of the app's features (e.g., "Love Signals" or "Rituals").
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love OS and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
