These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LoveMap mobile application (the “Application”), developed and operated by Işınsu Arıcı Tan (the “Service Provider”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
LoveMap is a mobile application designed for couples to:
Create and manage shared maps
Save locations, notes, and memories
Upload and view photos
Connect with a partner via an invitation or pairing system
Access optional premium features through paid subscriptions
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your account credentials secure
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
The Service Provider is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
LoveMap allows users to connect with another user (partner) to share content.
You acknowledge that:
Shared content becomes accessible to your connected partner
Disconnecting or ending a partnership may result in loss of access to shared data
Each user remains responsible for their own account and subscription
The Service Provider is not responsible for disputes between users or relationship outcomes.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including photos, notes, and locations.
By uploading content, you grant the Service Provider a limited, non-exclusive license to:
Store
Process
Display
such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Application.
You agree not to upload content that:
Is illegal, abusive, or offensive
Infringes intellectual property rights
Violates privacy or applicable laws
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
LoveMap offers optional paid subscriptions (“Premium”).
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
Pricing and billing cycles are displayed before purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user
You are responsible for managing subscriptions via your Apple ID settings.
The Service Provider does not control refunds; refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
The Service Provider reserves the right to:
Modify which features are free or premium
Introduce new paid features
Change pricing with prior notice where required by law
Feature availability may change without guaranteeing backward compatibility.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Application for unlawful purposes
Abuse, harass, or harm other users
Interfere with the Application’s operation or security
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application if:
You violate these Terms
Your use poses a legal or security risk
Required by law
You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the app.
The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that:
The Application will be error-free
Data will always be available
The service will meet your expectations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:
Data loss
Relationship disputes
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or personal harm arising from use of the Application
Use of the Application is at your own risk.
The Service Provider reserves the right to:
Modify or discontinue the Application
Update these Terms at any time
Changes become effective upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
