We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing clear information about how data is handled.

We do not require you to create an account and we do not collect personal information that directly identifies you, such as name, address, or email, unless you voluntarily provide it when contacting support.
What face data does the App collect?
When you upload a photo, the image may contain face data, such as facial features and facial geometry, because the App processes photos of people in order to generate AI-powered images.
The App does not separately extract, analyze, or store biometric identifiers. Face data exists only as part of the uploaded image.
How face data is used
Uploaded photos, including any face data they contain, are used exclusively for the following purposes:
Processing the image to generate the AI result requested by the user
Rendering the generated image back to the user
Face data is not used for identity recognition, user profiling, authentication, or advertising.
Storage and retention of face data
Uploaded photos may be temporarily stored on secure servers during AI processing
Face data is stored only for the duration necessary to complete image generation
Uploaded images and any associated face data are automatically deleted after processing is complete, unless the user explicitly chooses to save the result to their device
We do not store face data indefinitely. Temporary storage is required solely to perform AI image generation.
AI training
Uploaded photos and face data are not used to train AI models.
To improve the App and ensure stability, we collect non-identifiable technical data, including:
Crash reports
Performance metrics
App usage statistics
Device and operating system information
This data does not contain face data and does not directly identify users.
Information collected by the App is used to:
Operate and maintain the App
Generate AI images requested by users
Improve performance and reliability
Provide customer support
Manage subscriptions and in-app purchases
The App uses artificial intelligence to generate Valentine-themed images based on photos uploaded by users.
By uploading a photo, you grant permission for the App to process the image, including any face data it contains, strictly for AI image generation purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade face data or photos.
Face data may be processed by trusted third-party service providers solely for AI image generation and infrastructure purposes. These providers act as data processors on our behalf.
Face data is shared only to the extent necessary to generate the requested image
Third parties are contractually required to protect the data and use it only for providing the service
Third-party providers do not use face data for their own purposes or for advertising
Third-party services may temporarily store face data only for the duration required to complete processing, after which the data is deleted according to their security and retention policies.
The App offers optional paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
We do not collect, store, or have access to payment information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including face data, from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.
The App is intended for users aged 16 years or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal data, including face data, from individuals under the age of 16. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
