We are a co-working communities that services the insurance industry. There are many seasoned agents about to retire and the carriers need a new way to grow their agent base but also their market share. Agent Broker Co-Working Communities will be the fuel that carriers, FMO' & IMO's need to service Medicare beneficiaries during this time and beyond effectively.
Production has always been higher when a group of people work together(e.g. Agencies, Call centers, Assemble Lines). The best practice for high volume insurance agents is to be in a physical space with others who are on the same mission, are able to service them over-the-phone, be trained on an effective sales process & have necessary admin staff/support. Typically, this has been reserved for agents that work for an agency office or call center. However, our value proposition is that we fill in the void for agent brokers that would be more successful because of our LIFL communities. Our focus is to create empowered agents within a LIFL co-working community experience. As our communities empower more agent brokers, carriers gain market share.
