This Privacy Policy explains how Love Contract (the “App”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Note. Love Contract is an entertainment app. The “love contracts” you create have no legal value and are stored locally on your device. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to operate the App, provide advertising, and improve stability.
The App may request the following permissions:
Internet access (android.permission.INTERNET) — to load ads and third-party services.
Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — to send optional reminders and updates.
Storage / media access — only when you choose to save a contract as an image or PDF to your device.
Contracts you create — including names, nicknames, dates, and clauses — are entered by you and stored locally on your device. This content is not uploaded to our servers, and is only shared when you personally choose to export or share it (for example, as an image, PDF, or share code).
Like most apps, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as device model, operating-system version, language and region settings, screen resolution, app version, interaction events, and usage timestamps. This is used for analytics and to improve the App.

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob and may use additional ad networks. Advertising SDKs may collect your Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, device and operating-system information, and app-interaction data to serve and measure ads.
EEA / UK (GDPR): where required, you will be shown a consent request via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are served.
California (CCPA): California residents may opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information by contacting us at the email below.
Only anonymized, aggregated data is used for ad targeting; we do not share personally identifying information directly with advertisers.
When the App encounters an error, diagnostic data such as IP address, device model, OS version, app configuration, and timestamps may be collected (for example, via Firebase Crashlytics) to help us fix issues.
Collected information is used to operate and maintain the App, display advertising, analyze usage trends, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Processing is based on your consent, our legitimate interest in improving the App, or applicable legal obligations.
Your contracts remain on your device. Technical and analytics data processed by our third-party providers may be stored and processed on servers located in other countries, with reasonable security measures applied.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, or to request a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below; we aim to respond within one month.
You can delete all locally stored contracts at any time by deleting them within the App or uninstalling it. You can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
