As a freelance editor, I've turned authors' literary sows' ears into silk purses. More recently, I was a lead editor for the DNA Weekly and Website Planet websites.

I've been a freelance financial journalist for Smart Investor magazine, Spread Betting magazine, and The Motley Fool. And I've written funny, punny entertainment content for the Sentinel newspaper (now StokeonTrentLive).

I notched up many hours developing and delivering training courses for private providers and as an associate lecturer for the Open University. And I'm a prolific self-publisher.
