This privacy policy applies to the LoseIt AI app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Puranjanics (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). This app is provided as a freemium service and is intended for use "AS IS".

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process provided by your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. Once you uninstall the app, all locally stored data will be deleted from your device. If you would like us to delete data stored locally on your device, you can contact us at mallik.puranjan@gmail.com, and we will assist you in deleting any data.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at mallik.puranjan@gmail.com so that the information can be promptly deleted.
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We employ physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. However, please note that local storage means your data is only accessible on your device, ensuring that no third party can access it remotely.
