I am a PhD student at Bocconi University, enrolled in the second year of the PhD in Legal Studies, Curriculum Business and Social Law. Currenty I am a Visiting Doctoral Researcher at the NYU law school in New York for the whole academic year.

I graduated magna cum laude in 2018 from the University of Trento, Milan, with a thesis in comparative copyright law ("Graffiti, street art e diritto d'autore: un'analisi comparata") supervised by Prof. Roberto Caso. The thesis was included among the Trento Law and Technology Research Group Student Paper  and it is available here. 

My research interest covers Intellectual Property Law, with particular focus on copyright law and visual arts.

Before returning to university to pursue my PhD, I worked as a legal professional in IP boutique lawfirms of Milan and I interned at the European Commission in the Intellectual Property Unit of DG GROW (O19).

I am also a qualified lawyer before the Court of Appeal of Milan (2021).
