LoopPaper Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
Short version: LoopPaper doesn't collect, upload, or share your data. Your files stay on your phone.
What LoopPaper uses
When you pick a video, GIF, photo, or music file, LoopPaper reads it on your phone so it can play it as your wallpaper. To keep your wallpaper working if you later delete the original, LoopPaper saves a private copy in its own app storage on your phone. Other apps can't see that copy, and it's removed when you remove the clip from LoopPaper or uninstall the app.
LoopPaper also stores its settings on your phone: your wallpaper choices, recent clips, saved looks, and whether you've started the free trial or own LoopPaper Plus.
What LoopPaper doesn't do
- It doesn't upload your files or any information about them.
- It doesn't require an account or ask who you are.
- It doesn't show ads or include advertising or analytics trackers.
- It doesn't sell or share data with anyone.
Purchases
LoopPaper Plus is sold through Google Play. Google Play handles the payment; LoopPaper only learns whether Plus is owned on your Google account so it can unlock it. Google's handling of purchases is covered by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Children
LoopPaper isn't directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
