Loopcheck collects and processes certain information in order to provide its features, authenticate users, synchronize application data, and understand how the Application is used.
Registration is required to continue using certain features of the Application.
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple or an email address.
Depending on the registration method, the Application may process information such as:

An Apple-provided identifier when using Sign in with Apple
Information necessary to authenticate and maintain your account
This information is used to create and manage your account, authenticate you, and provide access to the Application.
When you use Loopcheck, you may create and store information such as checklists, tasks, preferences, and other content associated with your account.
This information is processed and stored to provide the Application’s functionality and synchronize your data between supported devices.
Loopcheck uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the Application and to improve its features, performance, and user experience.
Google Analytics for Firebase may automatically collect certain usage information, events, device information, identifiers, and approximate geographic information. The Application may also send analytics events and user properties to Google Analytics.
Analytics information is used for purposes such as:
Understanding how the Application is used
Measuring feature usage
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Improving application performance and functionality

The Service Provider does not use Google Analytics for the purpose of selling personal information or serving third-party advertising within Loopcheck.

Loopcheck may use location-related information for analytics purposes.
Location information is used to understand the general geographic distribution of the Application’s users and to improve the Application.
The Service Provider does not use location information to provide advertising or to track your physical movements.
If Loopcheck requests permission to access your device’s location, you may deny or revoke this permission through your device settings. Certain analytics functionality may be affected if permission is not granted.
Loopcheck uses Supabase as a third-party backend service for authentication, database storage, and synchronization.
Information associated with your account and Application data may therefore be securely transmitted to and stored using Supabase’s infrastructure.
This may include your email address, account identifiers, checklists, tasks, preferences, and other information that you choose to store in Loopcheck.
Supabase processes information on behalf of the Service Provider to provide the backend services used by the Application.
Loopcheck uses third-party services that are necessary to provide and improve the Application.
These services include:
Supabase — used for user authentication, database storage, and synchronization of Application data.
Google Analytics for Firebase — used to understand Application usage, measure performance, analyze feature usage, and improve the Application.
Apple Sign in — used to provide account authentication when you choose to register or sign in using your Apple Account.
These third-party providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.
Third-party service providers may process information on behalf of the Service Provider when necessary to provide their services.
The Service Provider does not sell personal information to third parties or provide personal information to third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Third-party providers are expected to handle information in accordance with their applicable privacy policies and contractual obligations.
Account information and Application data are retained for as long as necessary to provide the Application’s functionality and maintain your account.
Analytics information may be retained by Google according to Google’s applicable retention policies.
When you request deletion of your account, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete your account and associated Application data, subject to information that may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or legitimate security requirements.

Your Loopcheck account
Account information
Checklists and tasks associated with your account
Other personal information stored by the Service Provider in connection with your account
Some information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.
If you use Sign in with Apple, you may also manage or revoke the connection between your Apple Account and Loopcheck through your Apple Account settings.
You can choose whether to provide certain information.
You may:
Decline optional device permissions
Revoke previously granted permissions through your device settings
Stop using the Application at any time
Request deletion of your account and associated personal information
Please note that certain Application features may not function correctly without the information or permissions required to provide those features.
Loopcheck is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete such information where required by applicable law.
The Service Provider uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the Application.
Information transmitted between the Application and its backend services is protected using industry-standard security measures.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a security incident occurs that affects personal information, the Service Provider will provide notification as required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When material changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be published with a new effective date. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain the necessary consent before implementing material changes.
