Loop ("Loop", "we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered image-to-video
application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we
collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree
to this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS
a) Images you upload.
When you create a video, you select a still image from your device and send
it to our AI processing provider to generate a video. The image is uploaded
only for the purpose of generating your video.
b) Text prompts.
Any text prompt you write to guide the generation is sent together with your
image to the AI processing provider.
c) Generated videos.
The video the AI returns is delivered back to you and stored locally on your
device (your history and favorites are kept on-device, not on our servers).
d) Usage and app data stored on your device.
Credits balance, daily-free usage, consent status, generation history,
favorites, and basic in-app statistics (such as number of videos generated)
are stored locally on your device using the device's standard storage. We do
not maintain user accounts and do not store this data on our own servers.
e) Diagnostic and device data.
The App and the platform (Apple App Store / Google Play) may process limited
technical data such as device model, operating system version, app version,
and crash or performance information to keep the App running reliably.
f) Purchases.
Subscriptions and one-time credit purchases are processed by Apple or Google.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive the
purchase/transaction status needed to unlock features.
We do NOT knowingly collect your name, phone number, contacts, precise
location, or other directly identifying personal information.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To generate videos from the image and prompt you provide.
- To operate core features: credits, daily-free quota, history, favorites,
and statistics (all stored on your device).
- To process and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the App.
- To enforce our Content Policy and respond to abuse reports.
With your consent (granted on first use), your uploads and prompts may be
used by our AI provider to generate results and to improve model quality.
You can withhold this consent by not using the generation feature.
3. AI PROCESSING AND THIRD PARTIES
Image and video generation is performed by a third-party AI processing
provider. Your image and prompt are transmitted to that provider solely to
produce your video. We do not sell your data.
We may share information with:
- AI processing provider (image-to-video generation).
- Apple App Store / Google Play (purchases, subscriptions, app delivery).
- Service providers that help us operate, secure, and improve the App.
These parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. DATA RETENTION
- Generated videos, history, and favorites are stored on your device and
remain until you delete them or uninstall the App.
- Images and prompts sent for generation are retained by the AI provider only
as needed to perform and improve the service, per their policies.
- Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data from your device.
5. CONTENT POLICY AND SAFETY
The App is intended for lawful, non-explicit content. Prompts that contain
explicit, 18+, violent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content are blocked.
Users can report generated content from within the App. Reports are sent to
us by email so we can review and act on them.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in
your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and
we will address it.
7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
- You can delete videos, history, and favorites at any time within the App.
- You can stop all generation (and thus all uploads) at any time.
- Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR / CCPA), you may have rights to access,
correct, or delete your data. Because we store core data only on your
device and do not maintain accounts, you can exercise most of these rights
directly on your device. For requests involving the AI provider, contact us
and we will assist.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account
settings.
8. SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in
transit (e.g. encrypted connections). No method of transmission or storage is
100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your image and prompt may be processed on servers located outside your
country. By using the App you consent to such transfers where permitted by
law.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App
after changes means you accept the revised policy.
