Loomi ("the app") is a personal AI chat client developed by Devnaro LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

## What data the app collects

**Messages you send.** When you type a message, its text (and the recent conversation history needed for context) is sent to OpenAI's API (`api.openai.com`) to generate a response. We do not operate our own servers — your messages go directly from your device to OpenAI.

**Settings and chat history.** Your conversations (including any folders or favorites you create), display name, and app preferences (theme, reply language, response length, AI model choice) are stored **only on your device**, using Android's local app storage. We do not collect, receive, or have access to this data ourselves.

**Nothing else.** The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporting, or any tracking. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos — only network access, to talk to OpenAI's API.

## Third-party processing

Message content you send is processed by OpenAI, L.L.C. under their own privacy policy and terms:

We do not control how OpenAI processes this data beyond what their policies describe.

## Data retention and deletion

Conversations stay on your device until you delete them — either individually, via "Clear all conversations" in Settings, or by uninstalling the app. Note that if your device has Android backup enabled, this locally-stored data may be included in your device's system backup (governed by your own Google Account backup settings, not by us).

## Children's privacy

Loomi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

## Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
