Dr. David Sinclair is a popular longevity expert and a Harvard professor; he is most known for his book Lifespan: Why We Age and Why We Don’t Have to. Much of David Sinclair's Supplement Stack is shared in this book. However, there are more recent updates that he has only shared on Twitter, podcasts and Reddit. It's important to note that David does not promote or endorse any supplement brands.

Dr David Sinclair takes 1,000 mg of trans-resveratrol in the morning mixed with yoghurt to increase its bioavailability.
Polyphenol is a type of antioxidant naturally found in small amounts in foods like grapes, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries, and peanuts. However, to get the full effects it's best taken as a concentrated supplement.
When taken as a supplement, it is thought to act as a “caloric restriction mimetic, " activating beneficial cellular pathways. Studies have pointed to benefits such as reduced inflammation and oxidative stress in healthy people and improved memory metabolic and cardiovascular markers in people with obesity, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver disease, and cardiovascular disease.
Some studies have shown, and experts believe that pterostilbene is a better SIRT 1 activator than trans resveratrol because it is more bioavailable. David takes 1,000 mg of wheat germ extract daily, equivalent to 1 mg of pure spermidine trihydrochloride.
Spermidine supplements are available in wheat germ extract and a pure form (spermidine trihydrochloride). While supplementation is an option, spermidine can also be found in large quantities through day-to-day food sources. Some of the best sources of spermidine include mushrooms, legumes, whole grains, and certain types of fish.
Although spermidine research is in its infancy, the potential health benefits are encouraging. For those looking to increase their spermidine intake, taking a supplement or incorporating spermidine-rich foods into their diet are two options.
Metformin has been around since 1922, used to treat diabetes and is believed to offer longevity benefits due to its activation of the AMPK cellular pathway. This prescription drug must be acquired through a doctor's prescription and is typically taken daily by diabetics and those using it for healthspan extension. David Sinclair takes 800mg of Metformin at night, except on nights when he exercises the next day. He also skips taking resveratrol on days he exercises. This is believed to benefit his overall health and longevity by inhibiting mitochondrial function. Metformin has been studied extensively in the past few decades. It has been found to offer many potential health benefits, such as reducing inflammation, lowering blood glucose levels, and improving insulin sensitivity.

It's not known what brands of supplements David Sinclair uses. He stated in his book "Lifespan: Why We Age―and Why We Don't Have To" and on podcasts like "The Joe Rogan Experience" that he doesn't endorse any brands. However, in his book, he also stated that the resveratrol he takes is leftovers from his lab. In regards to NMN, he does have a financial stake in MetroBiotech which is developing a more bioavailable form of NMN called MIB-626, therefore it's very likely he is using this brand/form of NMN. Note this brand/form of NMN is still in development and is not avaiaiable to the public.
