My Long Draw Beer Setup

So i wanted a tap and had no where to store the keg, i had and old refrigerator and a spare room directly above my bar. So i started my bar tap project!

The refrigerator is on the floor above and almost directly above the bar, from refrigerator to tap is about 15ft of glyco cooled line with about a 11ft drop..

Many of the ideas i got here, i found from this site https://skrilnetz.net/how-to-build-a-long-draw-beer-dispensing-system/

i used 3/8 ID polyethylene tube for the send and return for the glyco line. Then for the beer lines i used 5/16 ID line (this i am not sure if it was a mistake or not). I tightly grouped the 2 cooling lines and 2 beer lines and wrapped them in HVAC metal duct tape, then wrapped in shrink-wrap plastic, insulating foam and duct tape.

The polyethylene tube is rigid and the "truck line" must make gradual bends, this is the addition i built into my bar to house my taps.

From the 5/16 I have 3ft of 3/16 ID to the taps balancing the system, slowing how fast it flows.

The "trunk line" goes directly in to the refrigerator and the glyco lines go up threw 2 holes and into the freezer. In the freezer i have a container with 2 gal of glyco and a 550 GPH pump.

I ended up being very happy with how the cooling has worked that u-bend above will actually get frosty. The beer in the line comes out at 38' after sitting overnight and the lines hold a total of 10 ounces.
