Ingredients:
Hotdog (sliced)
Kangkong (water spinach)
Siling green (green chili)
Kamatis (tomatoes, sliced)
Labanos (radish, sliced)
Sibuyas (onions, chopped)
Sinigang mix
Gabi
Procedures:
Boil water and add Gabi: In a pot, boil water and add diced Gabi. Let it cook until tender.
Add hotdog and vegetables: Add sliced hotdog, tomatoes, radish, and onions. Cook for a few minutes.
Add Sinigang mix: Add the Sinigang mix and stir well. Adjust the sourness to your taste.
Add Kangkong and Siling green: Add the kangkong and siling green. Cook for another minute or until the kangkong is wilted.
Season and serve: Season with salt or fish sauce if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips:
Adjust the sourness of the Sinigang to your taste by adding more or less Sinigang mix.
You can also add other vegetables like okra or eggplant to the Sinigang.
For a more flavorful broth, you can use pork or beef broth instead of plain water.
