LonePixelDEV (referred to as "I", "me", or "my") operates mobile applications for Android. This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and applications developed and published by LonePixelDEV (collectively referred to as the "Applications"). This page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use my Applications.
By downloading and using any of my Applications, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
My Applications specialize in the horror genre and contain intense, frightening, or mature themes.
All games developed by LonePixelDEV are intended strictly for audiences aged 16 and older (16+).
Due to the horror nature and mature themes, my Applications are not designed for, targeted at, or intended to attract children.
My Applications are free to play and do not require user registration. I do not personally collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location).
However, the Applications use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
To provide game functionality, stability, and monetization, I use third-party Service Providers. These third parties have access to your Device Advertising ID and technical data (such as device model and OS version) solely to perform tasks on my behalf:
Unity: My Applications are built using the Unity engine. Unity may collect non-personally identifiable information automatically to optimize game performance and analyze stability.
Google AdMob: I display banner and interstitial ads provided by AdMob. AdMob uses unique identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID) on your device to serve personalized and/or non-personalized ads.
The Applications include assets purchased from the Unity Asset Store or other legitimate marketplaces.
These assets are used under official licenses (such as the Unity Asset Store End User License Agreement).
Some of my Applications may contain paid assets, premium content, or options for optional paid digital assets to enhance gameplay.
These assets do not independently collect, store, or share any additional user data.
Given that my games are specialized horror experiences, my Services do not address anyone under the age of 13, and are restricted to users aged 16+. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If I discover that a child has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from my servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided me with personal information, please contact me.
I may update my Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
