Subscription Status: Your purchase transactions are securely managed by Apple. We never see your credit card information. We only receive an anonymous purchase receipt through the RevenueCat service to verify your subscription status (PRO or Free).
Usage Data: To understand which features are more popular and to improve the app, we may collect anonymized usage data (e.g., which styles are selected most often). This data is not associated with your personal identity.
Device and Technical Information: To ensure the app functions correctly and to resolve errors, we may collect anonymous technical information such as your device model and operating system version.

Our app relies on the following trusted third-party services to function:
Google Generative AI (Gemini & Imagen): This is the core AI service for the logo generation process. The logo prompts you enter are sent to Google's servers for the purpose of generating visuals. You can access Google's privacy policy here.
RevenueCat: Used to securely manage and verify your subscription status. You can access RevenueCat's privacy policy here.
Apple (App Store): All payment transactions are processed and securely managed directly by Apple.
The logos you generate are stored securely directly on your device in the app's "Archive" section. This data is not accessible over the internet. We take industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

2. My subscription isn't active after purchase. What should I do?
Sometimes, there can be a synchronization delay with the App Store. Please try the following steps:
Completely close and reopen the app.
Tap the "Restore Purchases" button in the Settings tab. This will check with the App Store for your previous purchases and update your PRO status.
If the issue persists, please contact us at support@lolyapp.com with the purchase receipt you received from the App Store.
3. How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple account. To cancel your subscription:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap on your name at the top.
Go to the Subscriptions menu.
Find the LogoForce app in the list and follow the instructions to manage or cancel the subscription.
4. Where are my generated logos stored?
All logos produced when you tap the "Generate" button are automatically saved to the Archive section within the app, allowing you to access them even without an internet connection. To download a logo from the Archive to your phone's Photos app, you can tap on it and use the "Save" button.
