Computational Storytelling

The Interface is a physical computing activity focused on storytelling and art making. Participants work with Scratch, micro-controllers (e.g., Makey Makey, micro:bit, Hummingbird), paper circuits, and traditional arts and crafts tools to make an interactive story (or story element). Outcomes vary depending on interests and learning objectives, but the goal is to create an expressive and functional system of interactive components that amplify each other: animation—circuit—collage.
