As a professional in learning, development, and education, I am passionate about getting my work done in an effective, efficient, and creative manner. This often involves looking for innovative ways to improve processes and searching for better ways to expand the successes of my organization.

Through my past experiences in L&D, higher education, and marketing, I have become a well-rounded individual, who has been able to use all of these skills to excel within the workforce. I have learned how to handle a maximum workload, using excellent time management skills and always endeavoring to challenge myself. I have also utilized my leadership and communication skills within various roles within the workforce and through my formal education. I work as a servant leader, empowering those around me to achieve their best.

As an employee, I will provide excellent communication skills while also utilizing a refined and valued work ethic to meet and exceed business goals. My ultimate objective is to succeed in an enriching environment while always aspiring to grow as a business professional.
