Led new car sales strategy, planning, and execution for Metro 1 – Mazda’s largest retailer group in North America. Responsibilities included: Tier III incentive and advertising development, retailer alliance building, CPO / Fleet Sales channels, dealership KPI business planning, and localized dealer development.    

·   Consistently lead National KPI’s relating to CSI, inventory turn, customer loyalty, and new vehicle sales.  

·   Created compelling business briefs for improved market representation and new dealer appointments.

·   Worked in partnership with dealers to invest and expand their digital efforts for lead generation as well as customer retention – for both sales and service operations.

Ground up Saab Franchise. Managed day-to-day new, pre-owned, and fixed operations. Consistently profitable (client-centric) operations during difficult times for both the brand and economy: GM’s bankruptcy, GM’s sale to Spyker, Spyker’s bankruptcy, and brand closure in 2012 (signed three franchise agreements in the span of 12 months). Member of dealer advertising council lead by GM’s Luxury Group VP, Mark LaNeve.
