We are a clinic, not a hospital. 99% of our care is on an outpatient basis. We know our limitations, and there are many local referral and emergency hospitals we utilize.

We communicate by telephone. As a result, many times we cannot respond instantaneously, even though we try. However, we respond to voicemail ASAP. We find electronic communication to be inefficient and often times misinterpreted.

Payment is at time of service. We do not offer Care Credit nor market  pet health insurance. If you need them, then we may have offered an option that you cannot afford so we would need to reconsider.

We accept new patients, but emergency response is for clients only, so please call 513-895-1978 to schedule an appointment.
