End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Find Location - Locella mobile application ("Application" or "App") provided by Rapid Dijital ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1.1 Usage Rights
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
1.2 Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the App. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
2.1 Ownership
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including its content and software, remain the exclusive property of Rapid Dijital.
2.2 Third-Party Content
The App may contain content or services owned by third parties. Use of such content is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
3.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3.2 Lawful Use
You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of unlawful use or violation of this Agreement.
4.1 User Data
We use Firebase and Google Analytics to collect and process data for performance, personalization, and security purposes.
4.2 Location Access
With your consent, we collect foreground and background location data to power features such as real-time location sharing and location history.
4.3 Privacy Policy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
5.1 Premium Features
Locella offers optional premium features and subscription packages. Pricing and terms are available within the App.
5.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled through your App Store account settings before the renewal date.
5.3 Restoration
You can restore previous purchases by using the "Restore Purchases" option within the App.
6.1 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App without prior notice in case of violations of this Agreement.
6.2 Account Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the App’s settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
We may revise this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted in the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
