This privacy notice for LoanEasy Calculator ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), package name com.easy.loan.calculator, describes how and why we may collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:
• download and use our mobile application, LoanEasy Calculator, or any other application of ours that links to this privacy notice; or
• engage with us in other related ways, including support, feedback, or other communications.
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us only when you contact us for support, submit feedback, report App issues, or make a privacy request.
Sensitive Information
We do not intentionally collect or process sensitive personal information. Please do not send sensitive financial documents or unnecessary personal information when contacting us.
Application Local Storage Data
Loan, fixed deposit (FD), recurring deposit (RD), and comparison records, unit conversion history, world clock preferences, and related calculation data are saved locally in the App's private storage on your mobile device.
• We never intentionally upload, sync, or transmit your locally stored calculation data to our servers or advertising, analytics, or crash-diagnostics providers.
• You can clear local calculation history inside the App or by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
Mobile Device Access Permission
The App stores calculation records and generated files in App-private storage and does not request broad access to all files on your device. When you choose to share a generated file, Android may grant the receiving app temporary access to that specific file.
Automatically Collected Mobile Device Data
The App and integrated third-party services may automatically collect device information, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, device model and manufacturer, operating-system and App version, language, system configuration, network type, internet service provider or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address or proxy information. They may also collect information about the App features you access.
This information is primarily used to maintain the security and operation of the App, display and measure advertising, troubleshoot crashes, and support usage analytics and reporting.
Automatically Collected Log and Usage Data
Log and usage data is service-related diagnostic, usage, and performance information that the App or integrated third-party services may collect when you use the Services. Depending on how you interact with the App, this data may include IP address, device information, settings, date and time stamps, features used, advertisement impressions or interactions, system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware configuration.
Some technical data, including IP addresses and device identifiers, may be considered personal data under applicable law. This information is used for the technical and advertising purposes described in this policy and is not intended to include your locally stored loan, deposit, or other calculation records.
All personal information that you voluntarily provide to us through support emails should be true, complete, and accurate, and you should notify us of any relevant changes.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
1 to deliver core calculator functions and save your calculation history locally on your device;
2 to respond to support emails and feedback and resolve technical problems you report;
3 to troubleshoot App crashes, fix bugs, and optimize overall App performance;
4 to maintain App security and prevent abnormal use and fraud;
5 to conduct statistical analysis to improve our loan, deposit, and conversion tools;
6 to display, limit, and measure advertisements;
7 to comply with applicable local, regional, and international legal obligations; and
8 to save or protect an individual's vital interests, such as preventing harm when security risks occur.
We process personal information only when we have a valid legal basis, which may include consent, legitimate interests, legal compliance, necessity for service delivery, and protection of users or other persons.
3. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES?
The App integrates third-party service SDKs for advertising display and measurement, crash diagnosis, security, and usage analytics. Device log data, IP addresses, device or application identifiers, and usage information may be shared with these providers so they can operate their services.
Third-party services process data under their own independent privacy policies, which you should review on their official websites.
When you use our Services, integrated third-party SDKs may collect diagnostic data if the App crashes. This data may include your device's IP address, device name, operating-system version, App configuration, date and time of use, and other technical statistics. We do not authorize these providers to receive your locally stored financial calculation records.
We are not responsible for the safety of information you choose to share with unaffiliated third-party websites or external platforms linked from or accessed through the App.
4. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to the minor's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to delete it promptly.
5. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In some regions, including the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada, you may have rights under applicable data-protection laws. These may include the right:
1 to request access to and obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you;
2 to request correction or deletion of your personal information;
3 to restrict the processing of your personal information;
4 to object to certain processing; and
5 where applicable, to data portability.
You may make a request by contacting us at the email address in the final section of this policy. We will consider and act on requests in accordance with applicable data-protection laws. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Withdrawing Your Consent
If we rely on your consent to process personal information, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us or using an available consent control. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing completed before withdrawal or processing conducted under another lawful basis.
6. DATA SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure. If a data breach occurs, we will notify regulators and affected users when required by applicable law.
