Core Privacy Principle: LoanCalc is built as a fast, fully offline tool. We do not collect, transmit, upload, or process any of your data on remote servers. Everything you input stays entirely on your own physical device.

1. Data Collection and Transmission

LoanCalc does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, financial identifiers, or operational inputs on external cloud infrastructures or remote servers. All data processes occur instantly and locally within your device's sandbox environment. Specifically:

• No Account Registration: You do not need to create an account, register, or provide an email address, name, or phone number to utilize the full scope of the Application.

• No External Tracking: The Application does not contain hidden trackers, commercial analytics software (SDKs), advertising platforms, or telemetry kits that monitor your behavior across the web.

• Inputs are Temporary and Private: Any numbers entered into the fields—such as Loan Amount, Interest Rate (APR), Loan Term, or Credit Card Balances—are processed strictly mathematically to render immediate on-screen calculations.
  2. Local Storage and Data Persistence

To provide core application functionalities, such as the "History" panel where you can reference your prior financial calculations, the Application utilizes your device’s local memory structure via standard key-value storage mechanisms (e.g., SharedPreferences or local application databases).

• Scope of Local Data: This data includes saved calculator parameters and derived schedules (e.g., Monthly Payments, Credit Card Payoff records).

• Complete User Control: This data never leaves your device. You maintain absolute authority over this storage. You can instantly delete all locally preserved calculations at any time by navigating to Settings → Clear Calculation History.

3. Offline Architecture (No Internet Access Required)

The Application works completely offline. It does not require, request, or utilize an internet connection or network data access to execute its planning features. Because the application functions without network permission headers, it is technically impossible for the app to send your data or calculation data to any third-party server or external platform.

4. Device Permissions

The Application runs cleanly and requires no invasive permissions (such as access to your camera, geographic location, contacts, or biometric files). Any changes you make to settings—such as toggling between Currency Symbols (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, INR, CHF, CAD, AUD) or shifting visual modes (System, Light, Dark Theme)—are likewise handled completely locally on the device level.

5. Third-Party Web Views and Services

Our application operates autonomously and does not link out to external ad servers, third-party affiliate loan brokers, or analytical dashboards. If any external documentation or legal texts (such as this policy) are reviewed inside the interface, they are rendered natively from local offline files without invoking unencrypted external HTTP packets.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may occasionally update our Privacy Policy to align with evolving platform guidelines or standard legal practices. Any modifications made to this policy will become effective immediately upon publishing the updated version within the app store deployment package. We advise users to review the "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of this document for updates.
