FARAZ BROTHERS LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") operates the mobile application
**Loan Mitra: EMI Saathi** (package name `com.loanmitra.app`, the "App").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and
the choices you have.
By installing or using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not
agree, please do not use the App.

## 1. Information we collect
### 1.1 Information you provide
- **Mobile number.** Used to create your account and to send you a one-time
password (OTP) by SMS. We do not use it for marketing without your consent.
### 1.2 Information collected automatically
- **Account identifiers** — your user ID and session token issued by our
backend when you sign in.
- **Device identifiers** — Android ID and Advertising ID (GAID), and the
Adjust ADID, used for account integrity, fraud prevention and advertising
attribution.
- **Technical data** — basic network and device information required to
deliver requests to our servers.
### 1.3 Information stored only on your device
- **Your calculations and saved scenarios.** Loan amounts, tenures, interest
rates, fees, affordability checks and saved scenario names are stored in a
local database on your device. They are **not uploaded to us**.
- **Your profile photo**, if you choose one. It is stored in the App's private
storage and is never uploaded.
We do **not** collect your location, contacts, photos library, calendar, SMS
content, call logs, microphone or camera data. The App does not request those
permissions.

## 2. How we use information
- To create and authenticate your account and to sign you in.
- To send your OTP by SMS and to prevent abuse of the OTP system.
- To perform the calculations you request and display the results to you.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to attribute installs
(via Adjust and the Advertising ID).
- To keep the service secure, detect fraud and comply with legal obligations.

## 3. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with:
- **Adjust GmbH** — advertising attribution and measurement. Adjust receives
the Advertising ID (GAID), the Adjust ADID and technical device data.
- **Analytics and infrastructure providers** — who process data on our behalf
under contract, only for the purposes above.
- **Authorities** — where we are legally required to disclose information.
We may transfer data outside your country of residence, including to servers
located in other jurisdictions. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards
in place.

## 4. Legal bases
Where required by applicable law, we process your information on the basis of
the performance of our contract with you, your consent (for example, for
advertising attribution where consent is required), and our legitimate
interests in keeping the service secure and improving it.

## 5. Data retention
- Account data (mobile number, user ID, device identifiers) is kept while your
account is active and for a limited period afterwards as required for legal,
security and accounting purposes.
- Data stored only on your device remains until you delete it in the App or
uninstall the App.

## 6. Your rights and choices
You can:
- **Delete a saved scenario** at any time in the App (Saved history → Delete),
or clear all records from the same screen.
- **Delete your account and associated data** by visiting
https://www.loanmitraemi.com/delete.html and following the instructions.
- **Contact us** at d7uay6h01@outlook.com to request access to, correction of,
or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent.
We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable
law.

## 7. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to
protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 8. Children
The App is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us
with information, contact us and we will delete it.

## 9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at
the top will change, and material changes will be communicated in the App or
by other appropriate means.
