Task for Tuesday March 28th:
Laugh a little...or a lot. Laughing is so good for you. Laughing triggers parts of your mind that make you feel happier. It is the best medicine.
Task for Monday March 27th:
When you wake up, or right after you read this, do your best to conjure or create a feeling of hope for a happy future. Hold this feeling as long as you can throughout the day.
Task for Sunday March 26th:
Put down your cell phone for a an hour or even a few hours. See how you feel to be unplugged. Go out in nature, spend time with family or friends, read a book or any other unplugged activity.
Task for Saturday March 25th:
Today you will raise your vibration by celebrating others accomplishments. Due to the law of divine oneness, other's successes are also our successes. So congratulate away.
Task for Friday March 24th:
Do nothing. Take a break. Stop hustling, at least for a little while. We all need a break sometimes.
Task for Wednesday March 22nd:
Today you will set both long term and short term goals. The short term goals will be things that you want to accomplish within a week's time or a month's time. Task for Tuesday March 21st:
Today you will stop and smell the roses. What this means is to slow down and find yourself enjoying the moment, all of it. Use all of your senses. Smell the flowers, taste your food, feel the breeze. Enjoy and be mindful.
Task for Monday March 20th:
Exercise is so good for us. We do not always prioritize it. Today you will put it in high priority. Begin by creating a brief exercise plan. This can be 5 minutes per day or 20 or more.. The amount is not important. The importance is on consistency and dedication. Be sure to check with a doctor if you are an inactive person. Short walks are great if you are not up for much more.
Task for Sunday March 19th:
Today is all about finding serenity. Do whatever it takes to feel relaxed and calm. You can choose one of the following or choose your own activity:
Meditation
Walk outside
Colouring or other art activity
Yoga
Bake
Namaste
Task for Saturday March 18th:
Today you are going to use your creativity and imagination. Grab a piece of paper or your writing book and plan out a dream trip. You may never actually take this trip so be as creative and dream big.
Task for Friday March 17th:
Enjoy the celebrations of St. Patrick's Day. Play responsibly. Wish others a happy St. Patrick's day and enjoy family and friends.
Task for Thursday March 16th:
For Thankful Thursday you will write a gratitude list. Click Here for a template to use. You can also choose to simply use a notebook or journal to write a simple list. Make sure you feel the feelings of gratitude.
Task for Wednesday March 15th:
Make a list of 5 people that have done something nice for you lately. Write them a thank you card, and send it. You can do this by email, but a hand-written card is always nice.
Task for Tuesday March 14th:
Do something creative. Draw a picture, paint a painting, or write a short story. It is not important what activity you do, as long as you enter into creative mode.
Task for Sunday March 12th:
Write 5 positive affirmations that you will practice 3 times during the day.Each time you practice, repeat them 6 times each.
Task for Saturday March 11th:
Purge. As spring rolls around it is time to lighten the weight of the heavy winter wardrobe. Go through your closet and attempt to reduce the volume by 10%. get rid of anything that you have not word in the past 2 years. If it is a classic piece you may consider keeping it, donating or giving it to a friend.
Task for Friday March 10th:
Write a list of 10 things that you love about yourself. What makes you unique? What skills do you have? How have you grown?
Task for Thursday March 9th:
Play. Have fun. Let your inner child out. It does not matter what game it is. It can be a board game, a video game or a logic game. It can be sudoku or a word search. The point is to stay in the moment and enjoy.

Do a short guided meditation. Try this one by clicking here or you can try any that you find on Youtube. It does not have to be long. 3-5 minutes is enough. Enjoy.

Watch something funny. Make sure that you get a good hearty laugh. Laughter is the best medicine. For a bonus, Share the joke with a friend to share the benefits.

Complete a focus wheel for a desire that you are wanting to fulfill.

Make a vision board. Here is a digital version that you can use or you can use a physical version. Here is a video on how to make one. See link below for template.
Task for Saturday March 4th:
Try the 17 second rule today. Think of a desire. Imagine the feeling that would accompany that desire being fulfilled. DO your best to conjure that feeling and then hold it for 17 seconds.
Task for Thursday March 2nd:
Today is going to be another day of many smiles. Yesterday was national smile day but today you put it into practice. Every time you smile, it makes someone else smile. It is contageous. You can not be in a bad mood while smiling. Give it a try. See how you feel.
Task for Wednesday March 1st:
For today, you will check in someone. Perhaps a grandparent, an aunt or uncle or even a friend whom you have not talked to in a while. Call or email or text with no motive, just to be kind.
Task for Monday February 27th:
Today you will either start a gratitude journal and if you already have one, make a consious effort to use it daily. Start and end your day with a list of people, things and events for which you are grateful .
Task for Sunday February 26th:
Today you will be generous and either make or buy a gift for someone. Let it be a surprise and you can either give it to them personally or give it to them anonymously... that part is up to you. Giving is receiving.
Task for Saturday February 25th:
Today is Saturday so you are focused on satisfaction. Today you will eat something tasty that you would not normally eat. Make sure that you enjoy and savour every bite.
Task for Friday February 24th:
Write a poem. It can be any kind of poem. It does not have to rhyme. That is the beauty of it. You can choose any topic you like. I will share some of my poetry soon too. Happy writing.
Task for Thursday February 23rd:
Draw a picture. Even if you consider yourself to be a sub-par artist, do your best. Have fun with it. It is about process not perfection.
Task for Wednesday February 22nd:
Today you will visualize the perfect outcome of a problem that you have been dealing with. Imagine yourself going through the situation although this time it is solved.
TASK for Tuesday February 21st:
Pray for someone. Prayer can be done when we are in need of grace although it can be a very powerful practice even when one needs nothing. Gratitude and recognition is enough to offer in prayer. We can also pray for someone else. That is what you will do today.
TASK for Monday February 20th:
Make a wish today. Take a few moments to consider what you want to see in your life. What are you willing to give up for this. Make your wish.
TASK for Thursday February 16th:
Pay it forward today. You could pay for the person behind you in line at the coffee shop drive-through or you can pay a compliment. Whatever you choose, ensure you do it with a grateful heart that is full of Love.
TASK for Wednesday February 15th:
Make a donation today. Be generous. Perhaps you a blood donation is possible. You can donate a few dollars to a cause that is close to you. Giving is receiving.
TASK for Tuesday February 14th:
Tell everyone that you love, that you love them today. They probably already now but why not remind them?
TASK for Monday February 13th:
Greet everyone you meet. You can say Hi, smile or wave. Just do not ignore anyone. See how it makes you feel.
TASK for Sunday February 12th:
Say a little prayer, no matter what your religion, say a prayer for those in the world who are struggling or suffering.
TASK for Saturday February 11th:
Do one mindfulness activity. You can choose between colouring, doing yoga or meditation. Be in the moment and enjoy some serenity.
TASK for Friday February 10th:
Take a walk outside, even if it is just a few minutes. Be mindful and enjoy the moment. Fresh air is endlessly healing.
TASK for Thursday February 9th:
Sing. Sing in the car. Sing while you are walking. Sing on the elevator. Sing anything that makes you feel great.
TASK for Wednesday February 8th:
Smile as much as you can today. Even if no one smiles back, keep smiling.
TASK for Tuesday February 7th:
Write someone a very short and sweet thank you note, card or letter.
TASK for Monday February 6th:
Write a letter to yourself in 5 years form now. Tell yourself everything that you have accomplished. Forgive yourself for a past discretion.
TASK for Sunday February 5th:
Learn a new skills today. Use YouTube or a book that you have sitting around and take on the beginnig of a new skills. It could be knitting, singing, piano, cooking something, a tiktok dance. Anyway goes.
TASK for Saturday February 4th:
Give someone a complement today. Ensure that it is sincere. Smile when you say it and be very sincere.
TASK for Friday February 3rd:
Text 3 friends that you have not spoken to in a while. Just let them know that you care and that you think of them.
TASK for Thursday February 2nd:
Write 5 positive affirmations that you will practice 3 times during the day.Each time you practice, repeat them 6 times each.
TASK for Wednesday February 1st:
Write 3 things for which you are grateful.
