本プライバシーポリシーは、「Quick TS - テンプレート管理ツール」（以下、「本拡張機能」）が収集するユーザーデータとその取り扱いについて説明するものです。

1. 収集する情報

本拡張機能は、サービス提供のために以下の情報を収集・保存します。

ユーザーが作成したデータ:

テンプレート（タイトル、内容、カテゴリー、タグ、ショートカット等）

カテゴリー情報（カテゴリー名、階層構造、アイコン等）

ページメモの内容

ユーザーの設定情報:

各種設定（AI APIキー、UI設定等）

お気に入り、ピン留めなどの状態

Googleアカウント情報（Proプラン利用者のみ）:

クラウド同期機能および購入情報の管理のため、ユーザーを識別するGoogleアカウントのID。メールアドレスやパスワードは収集しません。

2. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。

本拡張機能の中核である、テンプレートの保存、管理、呼び出し機能を提供するため。

ユーザー個別の設定を保存し、快適な利用環境を提供するため。

Proプランの機能である、データのバックアップおよび複数デバイス間での同期を実現するため。

Chromeウェブストアを通じた決済処理および購入状態の確認のため。

サービスの改善や不具合の修正のため。

3. 第三者への情報提供

当方は、以下の場合を除き、お客様の情報を第三者に開示または提供することはありません。

法令に基づく場合。

Proプランの機能提供のため、Googleが提供するFirebase等のインフラサービスにデータを保管する場合。

お客様の同意がある場合。

上記以外で、お客様の情報を本人の許可なく第三者に販売、貸与、共有することは一切ありません。

4. データの管理と保護

ユーザーが入力したデータは、原則としてお客様のローカルコンピュータ上のChromeストレージに保存されます。Proプランの同期機能を利用する場合に限り、データはGoogle Firebaseの安全なデータベースに保管されます。

5. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当方は、法令の変更やサービスの改善に伴い、本プライバシーポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更があった場合は、本拡張機能を通じて通知いたします。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains the types of user data collected and how it is handled by the “Quick TS - Template Management Tool” (hereinafter referred to as “this extension”).

1. Information Collected

This extension collects and stores the following information for service provision:

User-Created Data:

Templates (title, content, category, tags, shortcuts, etc.)

Category information (category name, hierarchy, icons, etc.)

Page memo contents

User Settings:

Various settings (AI API key, UI preferences, etc.)

Status of favorites, pins, and similar settings

Google Account Information (for Pro Plan users only):

To support cloud sync and manage purchase information, we collect the Google Account ID used for user identification.

Email addresses and passwords are not collected.

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

To provide core functions of this extension such as saving, managing, and retrieving templates

To store individual user settings and provide a comfortable user experience

To enable Pro Plan features including data backup and synchronization across multiple devices

To process payments and confirm purchase status via the Chrome Web Store

To improve services and fix issues

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose or provide your information to third parties except in the following cases:

When required by applicable laws or regulations

When data storage is necessary for providing Pro Plan features using services like Google Firebase

When we have received your explicit consent

Outside of the above, we will never sell, lease, or share your data with third parties without your permission.

4. Data Management and Protection

User-entered data is, by default, stored locally on the user's computer via Chrome storage.

Only when the Pro Plan sync feature is enabled, data will be securely stored in Google Firebase.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy due to legal changes or service improvements.

If significant changes occur, we will notify users through this extension.
